I've been hearing this, but was too scared to post it here. It canNOT be true. :puke2:

I've given up with this a long time ago, but from what I saw of MK1, I thought they were quite good and had some real potential as a different kid of group, its a shame to see them out so soon.

That makes me die a little on the inside. :cry:

 

Fair play though, Janet sort of got thrown under a bus by the producers halfway through last year so the same could happen again.

 

Is anyone actually bothered that MK1 are gone? They were pretty atrocious and since we already lost Carolynne and Melanie it just doesn't seem like a big loss. Although the remaining contestants all have that whiff of TOTAL NOTHINGNESS about them, I suppose.

I'm sort of bothered. Not as much as when the other two went as they were brilliant! I thought MK1 had a lot of potential (ugh, I sound like Louis!) and I enjoyed watching their performances. They weren't going to win, but when more and more good acts are going when the really sh*t ones are still in, it just makes X Factor even more of a drag to sit and watch until Ella or Jade come on!

Christopher getting booed last night has given me hope that he isn't being taken seriously, and that me and my housemate aren't the only 2 housemates that want him gone forever!

If true, then that just sums up what's wrong with having a public vote. I do hope it's wrong - the thought of

To be honest I can believe the first week because he was voted in by the public that same day like Amelia Lily (although I still would've only expected him 4th/5th at best, Amelia was much more popular at the time), but I refuse to believe the public have such little taste that he beat Ella :/ It would sum up what a joke the show has become if him or Rylan won :lol:

Liam have you watched past series? Average singers can go very far if they're supported. I imagine he's got the granny/older housewife vote at the moment, which is massive. The voting will split later once acts go out i.e. I imagine Jade and Ella's votes are being split, the same with the boybands. Janet was thrown under a bus last year, and there's no way the same won't happen to said act.

Nicole actually comes across as generally loony though, whilst Kelly Rowland was just a bit odd. Nicole is mad, and these sayings she comes out with are ridiculous but her persona is much more likeable than Kelly Rowland's.

Kelly revealed herself to be a truly unlikable person over the course of the lives. Just spiteful and cold. Nicole is infinitely more genuine.

Kelly Rowland really surprised me. She was always one of my favourite musicians, and I'd always preferred her to Beyonce, but the X Factor was a true eye opener. She proved to be untasteful and pretty rude.

 

Nicole is the opposite, she is love.

Nicole is the good kind of odd, like a lovable weird friend, but Kelly was like that one weird kid who had one friend and nobody liked. She was alright at times but she was quite unlikeable on the whole whereas Nicole is consistently the best judge by far imo.

I'd love Christopher to win ... but for all the wrong reasons. I'd just love to see what the f*ck they'd make of him! How the hell do you make a silk-purse out of a sow's ear? I mean - no way on God's green earth would this fella sell more than 250 copies of an album (and that's to his relatives)!

 

I only ever watch the last 10 minutes of the Sunday show to see the count-out ... the most (only) exciting thing about the show. I love seeing Gary's face when Christopher is still in (I'm quite certain he feels hugely embarrassed rather than pleased). The best thing for Gary would be for Chris to go so that all Gary's fan-base will vote for his only act left (the admittedly - quite passable Kye Scones - sorry - Scones is far more memorable than Sones). I have a feeling that Chris will be there longer than Kye though!

 

I do by accident watch some of the Saturday show - when I visit me old mum (who can't stand Christopher also - or at least can see straight through him) on a Sunday and I LOVE Nicole. She may be a bit of a pretty so-so singer herself - but my God she's the most entertaining judge on the panel this year. Mind you - I couldn't stand Kelly Rowland so even a tub of lard would have been an improvement.
