The song doesn't need to be there, Zim Zimma is twice in the iTunes chart: #48 and #59, combined around at #30 on iTunes plus EP sales.

I thought the midweeks weren't out until tomorrow?

The music industry get a midweek chart on a Tuesday as has always happened - The only reason its not released on MW anymore is because Radio 1 have a deal where they announce the midweeks first on a Wednesday so the only way we get any info is when its posted on Twitter.

Midweeks are usually out on Wednesdays, but you can find the odd chart info on Twitter floating around on Tuesdays, but sometimes they are not reliable.

Its all explained in the first post, its brass as bold. :P

Ah right ok, thanks for the explanation :)

Was just looking to see if Cardle has managed to carry on selling respectably, will have to wait until tomorrow i guess.

Would not be surprised if he is out of the Top 30 by tomorrow

Expecting no more than a #5-ish debut for JLS with sales of maybe 25k if they're lucky. I'd like to think they'll do better than that but that's my realistic prediction.

Interested to see where Chris Moyles' album charts, it's #3 on iTunes now only behind the Live Lounge compilation and Robbie's deluxe version (so it's ahead of Robbie's standard) but it probably won't be that strong a physical seller. Still, should be in with a good chance of top 10 and maybe even top 5.

Brilliant to see Sneakbo as high as #24 if that's accurate. Both versions are top 60 on iTunes now so hopefully he should have a top 40 hit in the bag.

Shame we haven't got a position for 'Tidal Wave' today. Could be low top 10 in the mids tomorrow, then dropping to #12/13 by Sunday. EDIT: Or it could stay top 10 now it's up to #10 on iTunes :D :D :D

So if Misha is at #6 im guessing Rita is just behind at #7?

Did you read the comment on that page?

@TomThorogood They've priced Misha at 59p on iTunes though, reeks of desperation. Also worrying is JLS's album midweek - terrible.

VERY INTERESTING! :o Where are they?!

I'm guessing that anything thats not #1 or #2 would be deemed as terrible by some but judging by that comment they could be flopping hard

Don't know if it's been posted or not, but according to The Sun today, Robbie's sold 40,000 copies of his album and is 2-1 ahead of JLS. Leona Lewis is apparently down to #44!
i really hope Robbie sells at least 100k in the first week.. 150k would be fine though.
It's sold 40k on day 1, remember it wasn't #1 on itunes, so the sales won't be really high. The sales could be around 60k up to yesterday. 100k is very reachable.

He is much more of a physical seller though, however I am disappointed if it only sold 40K first day. I was hoping for between 150-200K first week due to the success of 'Candy'. It's worth noting that his last album release 'In And Out Of Consciousness' sold over 40K first day and ended the week on 120K+. I suppose album sales are really bad these days and I should just be happy with him getting his 10th #1 album and maybe even the double whammy with Candy #1 for another week considering the album version gives it a 12% lead on BYB, but it's still a shame sales are not higher. JLS's album sales are quite poor apparently - according to The Sun they have'nt even sold half of Robbie.

Terrible album sales overall for jls and robbie - this week should be the start of the big xmas time albums - 40k on day one is poor - he'll be lucky to sell over 100k,if he makes 130k no thatll be good.no-where near Babels first week sales and after the sucess of Candy too - i fear for album sales over xmas now.although the 3 weeks leading up to xmas will be decent with the top 5 at least all over 100k the poorish build up (apart from septembers big hitters)is very worrying. With the massive success of Candy in the singles chart i though Robbie with the 5th nov release would have been set for 200k in sales!!
Didn't his last album Reality sell more than 200 k first week on the back of a poor lead single???? It's quite a big shock that Take the crown could only sell 100 k this week after such a huge lead single... Awful times for albums really....
Robbie is not as big as he once was but is still big enough, i knew his album wouldn't get huge opening sales but he will sell consistently from here to the end of Christmas and will build up good sales. I still think 100,000+ is good in this climate. JLS are doing better than earlier reported, my take on the sun story is JLS are Robbie's nearest contender so they will have another top 3 album this week, 20,000 is ok for them for 1 day.

Both albums should be constant sellers between now and Christmas, if 40k was Robbie's sales for Mon, he should be around 28-30k for Tues, 120k+ is looking about right for the week.
