November 7, 201213 yr Ouch at Leona, I wonder if she could actually recover from this? Lawson managing three weeks top 40! It's doing exactly what all their singles have done, I can't see the album doing anything else now. 4-21-34 OUCH!
November 7, 201213 yr JLS album at #3 :o , thought they couldn't even make top 5 considering their position on the iTunes chart. Those sales are not very optimistic though. Little Mix already out of top 40 on mid-week update
November 7, 201213 yr Glad to see JLS doing well - The sales at the top are strong this week [50k and 25k] so the fact that JLS are at #3 means their sales should not be too shabby!
November 7, 201213 yr I don't really have any idea what sales should be like this week but 30-40k seems a tad low for JLS, no? I couldn't imagine them going sub-50k...
November 7, 201213 yr JLS opening tallies (fortunately they don't release an album outside November so they are comparable) JLS- 239,644 Outta This World 152,473 (36% drop) Jukebox 85,218 (44% drop) So by my highly mathematical calculations their opening total on Sunday will be 40,904 if they drop by 8% more than they dropped last time around- move over Alan Jones! :D

November 7, 201213 yr While X Factor hasnt brought in much sales for No Doubt new material it sill sees them very near the top 40 with dont speak plus theie best of album is top 60 so its done something for them, the new album is #107 which is poor but how wonder what position it was before the show.
November 8, 201213 yr I wonder why, with their decreasing album sales, that JLS decided to only release one single before the album this time? Pretty stupid move, especially seeing as it's not a ballad.
November 8, 201213 yr I wonder why, with their decreasing album sales, that JLS decided to only release one single before the album this time? Pretty stupid move, especially seeing as it's not a ballad. They released two singles from the album, the dates were just different to the usual (and they released the ballad first).
November 9, 201213 yr Midweek Charts update: Rieu, Military Wives, Bocelli in Decca charge Source: MW Paul Willams Decca is looking to place three brand new albums in this weekend's UK Top 10 with Andre Rieu, Military Wives and Andrea Bocelli all in contention. Rieu's newly-issued Magic Of The Movies with the Johann Strauss Orchestra is No 2 in the latest midweeks, behind Williams' Island debut Take The Crown but ahead of RCA's new JLS album Evolution at 3, according to the Official Charts Company. The Dutch violinist, conductor and composer is joined among the Top 10 artist sellers by Decca colleagues Military Wives whose second album Stronger Together crops up as a new entry at 5, while a third new Decca album - Opera by Andrea Bocelli - was by the end of business on Thursday fewer than 300 sales short of breaking into the 10. Bocelli's album has every chance of making the Top 10 by the time the week's full chart is published on Sunday as it has been growing in stature as the week has progressed. In the first midweek chart published on Tuesday it was a new entry at 15 and is now up to 11. New albums from former Radio 1 breakfast host and Mercury signing Chris Moyles and Columbia's Aerosmith are also among the Top 10 sellers in the week so far, while Robbie Williams continues to lead singles. Candy, which debuted at 1 last Sunday, has an 11% lead over the rest of the market with Syco's Labrinth at 2 with Beneath Your Beautiful featuring Emeli Sande. Global Talent/Island's The Wanted are new at 3 with I Found You, while the Top 10 also includes Syco act Misha B's Do Yo Think Of Me new at 7 and Columbia/Roc Nation's Rita Ora climbing 47-8 with Shine Ya Light following its performance on The X Factor last Sunday. November 9, 201213 yr Good that Kylie is moving up from Wednesday's position. I'm still cautiously optimistic that this album isn't going to plummet in the next few weeks.
November 9, 201213 yr Good to see that Kylie has moved ahead of Chris Moyles and Aerosmith and has taken the number 7 position. The new NeYo album it totally underperforming and Matt Cardle is still doing alot better than i expected this week, hopefully he clings on and gets 2 weeks top 30. November 9, 201213 yr Excellent news, re. Kylie. I reckon Emeli Sande will be no1 single by weekend again. Robbie is no2 now on itunes.
November 9, 201213 yr Author MW mid report added, bad news, hardly any sales mentioned, good news, Reggie is leaving the chart show at the end of the year :cheer:
