Expecting boosts tonight for Elbow 'One Day Like This' and Adele 'Make You Feel My Love' which are almost certain to be used in at least one appeal video on CIN each.

I can only dream that a campaign is started for Wizzard to get number 1. One of my all time faves. It keeps showing up each year yes but not near the top section of the charts unlike Mariah & The Pogues.

 

 

It usually sells 20k or so during december and is one of the top 10/15 sellers, not bad.id say most would look at it as a absolute classic!

Indeed its always a popfest lol - on a brighter note switch over to bbc 4 at 9.25pm for a programme about the history of the top 40 singles chart for the anniversary!!

 

Speaking of CiN, I noticed earlier Leonardo Einaudi 'I Giorni' was played in one of the montages. I hope they play it over and over tonight, if a song deserves a boost it's that :wub:

 

Oh and expect 'Gangnam Style' to receive a boost later :P

Stooshe have expressed excitement at performing on CiN later - undoubtedly to perform 'Wish I Belonged'; the supposed CiN single featuring the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Fazer, Angel and Tyler James. Would be nice to see each artist achieve another top 40 hit.

Anyone interested in the charts should really turn on bbc 4 right now!!

Actually it's a bit strange, as it was released last week and shortly went top 200 but dropped out (deleted?), suddenly back yesterday and now climbing fast :o

Just heard 'Little Things' for the first time on CIN and it's actually quite good, I was expecting a Gotta Be You-esque monstrosity. but nothing too offensive. Not a bad #1 after all. Thank God it's this and not 'Live While We're Young' at least.
