The GIRLS ALOUD vs. OLLY MURS chart battle is going to be too much for me to handle.

I really really want the girls to go Number 1.

Who's going to be Top 5 tomorrow then?

My prediction:

1 One Direction

2 Bruno Mars

3 Little Mix

4 Gabrielle Aplin

5 Labrinth

I really hope Alicia can put herself up there with the other 2 big releases. I'm anticipating at least Top 5. The last couple of weeks have been hectic as far as the upper regions of the chart are concerned!

I would move Labrinth up to #3 and Little Mix/Gabrielle down a place each.

With Labrinth as high as #2 on iTunes for the good part of the week, there's no way it'll be as low as #5.

My prediction;

01 One Direction

02 Bruno Mars

03 Labrinth/Emeli Sande

04 Little Mix

05 Gabriella Alpin

Such a shame to think Little Mix'll debut at #3-5 this week, with what I believe is a HUGE sounding release. Hoping it can sell well and give the impression it was well-received, I'd like for them to follow-up with more of 'DNA'/'Wings'.

Signs aren't looking good for Little Mix. Down to No. 7 already with a single that is from an unreleased album, X Factor performance and is actually fairly good.

I agree, album sales will be a worry now, a popular act would take DNA to number 1 this week with exposure, it's a good song.

Well she does have X Factor on Sunday so I am expecting top 5, but I don't think she will be above #5 even with the performance. My predictions for the top 5 for this week AND next week are:

1. One Direction

2. Bruno Mars

3. Labrinth

4. Little Mix

5. Gabrielle Aplin

1. Olly Murs

2. Girls Aloud

3. Rudimental

4. One Direction

5. Alicia Keys

I might be completely wrong, but that's my predictions for now.

This week:

01 One Direction

02 Bruno Mars

03 Labirinth

04 Little Mix :(

05 Gabrielle Aplin

Next week:

01 Olly Murs

02 Girls Aloud

03 Alicia Keys

04 Rudimental

05 One Direction

DNA will probably be played throughout X Factor tonight, so it could potentially maintain a top 3 position tomorrow. It's my favourite of the contenders this week, and far better than Wings imo. I don't think their album will do too badly especially with two top 5 hits!

If Girls Aloud released their song last Sunday instead of tomorrow then i think they definatly would have been #1 this week.

Flo Rida has a habit of denying girl bands #1 singles so that should be a good omen for Olly Murs. For the short-term i think the momentum is with Girls Aloud after the constant playing of their song on Children In Need so i would expect them to reach #1 on iTunes first before Olly Murs performs on The X Factor.

One Direction at #1 with their worst song?!

It's quite weird how One Direction's terrible songs go to #1 and One Direction's good songs don't...

Anyway, I think that next week Top 5 is going to be:

01 Olly Murs

02 Alicia Keys

03 Rudimental

04 Girls Aloud

05 One Direction

When was the last time we had an all-new Top 4? :o

Their's best song yet.

PSY  #3

Every Saturday night always has the same outcome for this song.

We've got Strictly to blame tonight! :D And Children in Need yesterday.

PSY  #3

Every Saturday night always has the same outcome for this song.

It might have been a revert because now it's at #5

EDIT

Now back to #3

Their's best song yet.

It's definitely down there along with 'Gotta Be You' as their worst single.

861. Leona Lewis - Fireflies

Really can't see Leona getting another hit off this album unless they wheel her out on XF again for another performance.

Hopefully a boost for 'First Time I Ever Saw Your Face' by Leona as it has just been used on a watch advert during X Factor! :cheer:
