^ Incredible longevity for 'Beneath Your Beautiful'. Deserved 3 weeks at #1 really, especially given 'Candy' is now at the bottom end of the top 10, while Labrinth has reclaimed #2. May push Alicia Keys down to #5 officially at this rate - and depending on how far it can pull away, could push 1D/GA down a place each too.

'Beneath Your Beautiful' is being hammered by radio now so its longevity is hardly surprising. Ever since it took off so hugely after XF I had a feeling it'd do this well. I hope it doesn't outsell 'Earthquake' but it wouldn't surprise me if it did to be honest! I wouldn't say it deserved to be #1 over Robbie for his 2 weeks at #1 at all though, Robbie may have tailed off reasonably quickly (although he's still selling extremely strongly for the position he's at) but he sold 137k and 90k in his two weeks at #1 and will probably achieve a respectable sales total, if a bit lower than BYB's.

Girls Aloud  #5

Where are all the stans of Girls Aloud now?

The Lumineers  #6

Thing is though, they have a big enough lead for them to remain at #2 in the official charts. Unless they drop to about 0.3 in the pop bars, then it's theirs.

Yeah but it will just mean a chart run of something like 2-11, as Sunday Rihanna, Bruno will pass them After X factor and Tulisa should do too as well as a couple of other songs.

I honestly can't see Tulisa going top 10 with her newest song, even with an XF performance. One of the performers are gonna underperform after Sundays show, and I believe it'll be Tulisa. No buzz around this single (apart from people who aren't really liking it!). She'll probably be a brief entry inside the top 10, until the Monday. Girls Aloud will have another 2 or so entries of 'Something New' charting come Monday (as will Olly with 'Troublemaker') as the new albums are released. I can see 'Something New', "doing a 'DNA'" not flopping, but underperforming and the second entry will get as high as top 40 on iTunes.

I'm really hoping Kelly Clarkson can somehow, miraculously get inside the top 10 (even if it's a brief moment!), but she's gonna be lucky to go top 20 at the moment. I think she's looking at a #24 sort of entry with 'Catch My Breath'! :( Her greatest hits is gonna flop until she releases and promotes 'People Like Us'! :(

Something New to me is like a less dance-y version of Something Kinda Oooh, but it obviously won't be as big as that was, since it's nowhere near as catchy, and quite basic, especially the chorus. I think Little Mix and Girls Aloud would've had bigger hits if they did adult contemporary (like the songs charting higher than them). But they've done very well anyway.

LivePopBars top 1500 still has them at #3...

I wouldn't count on Tulisa too much, Radio 1 has already got rid of the song and it doesn't seem to get much hype right now. I'm not quite sure how high she can get with that.

And GA could have a little boost next week with the album version from the GH out as well.

Girls Aloud back up to #3 on kworb :cheer:

1 Olly Murs - Troublemaker 1.0000

2 One Direction - Little Things 0.5938

3 Girls Aloud - Something New 0.5625

4 Labrinth - Beneath Your Beautiful (feat. Emeli Sande) 0.5078

5 Alicia Keys - Girl On Fire 0.4922

They're so safe for #2 on the official charts, One Direction isn't bulding a big lead at the moment and there's only 2,5 days left.

One Direction - 0.938

Girls Aloud - 0.562

How much difference is there between them? Those numbers are confusing!

My popbars has it at #5 and Itunes at #5 with Labrinth #2. Either mines reverted or yours is.

according to popbars 1D already have a 12.5% lead if you include the 2nd version.

I wonder if Olly will able to do a 'Candy' and make it two weeks next week? There's nothing major I can think of that's coming out on the singles front apart from Bruno Mars climbing post X Factor performance.

Tulisa has pushed back her single, album and X Factor performance to Dec 2nd... will still bomb!

Surprised X factor let her perform on Semi final night. I can understand them giving her a slot, but didn't think they would let her anywhere near the latter stages of the show, especially if she puts on a car crash like I'm expecting.

Kesha is the only major contender next week.

I think Olly might be able to do it. He's got an Xtra Factor performance of an album track and of couse the album being released. He's got This Morning performance of Troublemaker and the album version will soon climb probably making him #1 again (hopefully!)

I would actually love it if he could hold on for 3 weeks just because the weekly turnover or 2 weeks thing is boring

Plus Troublemaker is a great song Imo.

Kesha is the only major contender next week.

The video has only just started appearing on Sky, and she's only #86 on airplay.
