March 24, 201312 yr I think this is Louis' last year on the panel as it's X Factor's 10th series. Really hope Barlow is sacked, he's so boring and nasty to the contestants he doesn't like.. Bring back Sharon and Simon! That and he has a ghastly voice and no exciting personality which Is why I prefer Robbie by far to him.
March 24, 201312 yr Author Whatever you think of Tulisa, i think it's fair to say that Barlow's attack on her last series was a real low point for him. He's boring/disgusting/annoying beyond belief, and i sure as hell hope the rumours of him returning are not true. His pompous face too. UGH.

His comments towards her last year were a disgrace.
April 1, 201312 yr Katie PRICE?! ARE. YOU. SERIOUS? Please say this is an April Fools Joke? In a move we definitely were not expecting, it has been revealed that Katie Price is set to replace Tulisa on the panel of The X Factor in 2013! Katie, better known as Jordan who was previously linked to the show in 2011 will be replacing Tulisa on the panel, who is set to depart from the show after two series judging hopeful contestants. An ITV source revealed ”It certainly comes as a surprise but Simon and the producers believe that Katie will be a very charismatic judge and are confident that her friendship with former contestant Rylan Clark will make her a hit with the audience.” Katie is best known for her two appearances on ITV1 reality show ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ where she famously got together with ex-husband Peter Andre in 2004. April 1, 201312 yr It's one of those things you can't take seriously, so I hope to god it is an April Fool's.
April 1, 201312 yr Rylan has also said he's joining the panel too. So I reckon both are April Fools tbh.
April 1, 201312 yr Rylan has also said he's joining the panel too. So I reckon both are April Fools tbh. Digital Spy claim Rylan's was definitely an April Fool's joke. I would be able to cope with Rylan on The Xtra Factor (because I wouldn't watch it if that were the case ), but not as a full time judge. :drama:
April 10, 201312 yr This year the contestants will have to perform to the judges in an intimate setting AND in front of an audience for their audition! As good an idea as it is to bring back the audition rooms, there really is no need for two broadcast 'auditions' - the show will be starting in July at this rate! Brian Friedman as said that he thinks Sharon will be back because she's quit America's Got Talent... I really hope she isn't, there are so many better people that they could choose and her voice is just SO irritating! -_-
April 13, 201312 yr I do agree that they should either have one or the other (preferably the judges/contestant setting as opposed to the live auditorium).
April 21, 201312 yr Hmm. Sharon Osbourne has reportedly negotiated a £2 million deal to return to The X Factor. The former judge, who quit the ITV show in 2007, has finalised the terms of her comeback and will sign the contract next week, The People reports. Sharon Osbourne has reportedly negotiated a £2 million deal to return to The X Factor. The former judge, who quit the ITV show in 2007, has finalised the terms of her comeback and will sign the contract next week, The People reports. "Sharon will be an X Factor judge and it is only a matter of days before the deal is finalised," a source told the paper. "She is being paid a hefty sum of £2 million as Cowell is desperate to have her on the show. She is also expecting to earn half a million more in book and publishing deals. There is no way she would turn down such a well-paid job." Nicole Scherzinger and Gary Barlow are likely to return with £1.5 million pay packets, while Louis Walsh will apparently be paid £1 million for his tenth series. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/s103/the-x-...l#ixzz2R83G5a8z We all knew this was going to happen but COME ON.
April 21, 201312 yr I like how Louis gets the lowest wage, given he would likely never quit. But a massive sigh to Sharon returning. I don't know how Simon thinks SHE is the answer to getting ratings back up. :(
April 21, 201312 yr Actually, thinking about it, I think that this decision could save the show. She's friendly with everyone on the panel and she's much better than Tulisa in my opinion. (sorry Haus :()

(sorry Haus :() She was jealous of Dannii, so I sense she could either be the same way with Nicole, or learn from her mistakes, and all that. Never heard of her being friendly with Gary Barlow, though.
April 21, 201312 yr Didn't she ask Nicole to assist her at Judges' Houses though? And I just assumed that she was friendly with Gary!
April 21, 201312 yr Sharon Osbourne is awful and I really don't think she is going to help save the show. I'm really dissapointed if this turns out to be true. :(

They had to "audition twice" in front of live audience/other finalists during boot camp didn't they? If so, I can see it being the personal audition, boot camp (in front of live audience), boot camp 2 (in front of just the judges/other finalists) and then judges houses, before the finals.
April 21, 201312 yr If this really is true then I'm starting to think Cowell is losing his touch. Sharon Osbourne was hardly a ratings-puller or particularly popular with viewers even back when she was first on the show, and her stock has only sunk lower since then. How is she going to solve any of the show's problems? All I can see her doing is providing more of the kind of lame manufactured arguments, bitchiness and "controversy" that have been the main reasons for the show collapsing in the past couple of years (whereas Strictly Come Dancing has been prospering because it's the exact opposite, a warm feelgood escapist show).
