December 2, 201213 yr Only the UK Chart from a re-entry from Athlete to a song that would be sang in a Nativity Play from a bunch of primary school kids.
December 2, 201213 yr Motherwell is in Scotland right? So why do all these kids have American accents?
December 2, 201213 yr I usually quite like child choirs, but this is God awful! Out of tune much? yeah I thought so too :(
December 2, 201213 yr Love the xmassy feel to the singles chart in the 2nd day of december O Holy night stayed in. Is this the first ever time this classic carol has charted? Also the contemporary records to come - the pogues and mariah to come - which will be higher though?

December 2, 201213 yr The Script as BBC's "chart breaker", despite looking lucky to even reach the T40! :kink: -x- Couldn't those kids do something else for that charity instead of damaging our ears?! :( Edited December 2, 201213 yr by ★ G R I E F ★
December 2, 201213 yr Good afternoon Buzzjack :D 2011 3- WE FOUND LOVE- Rihanna Ft Calvin Harris (51,961) That charity single at #1 was very pointless, great to see them not bother with it this year as I imagine it'd sound terrible 4- GOOD FEELING- Flo Rida (48,069) 5- LEVELS- Avicii (37,493) 6- EARTHQUAKE- Labrinth Ft Tinie Tempah (36,700)* 7- LEGO HOUSE- Ed Sheeran (33,300)* 8- WHO YOU ARE- Jessie J (29,103) 10- MOVES LIKE JAGGER- Maroon 5 Ft Christina Aguilera (27,700)* 2007 1- BLEEDING LOVE- Leona Lewis (40,530) 2- HEARTBROKEN- T2 Ft Jodie Aysha (31,768) 3- CALL THE SHOTS- Girls Aloud (31,457) 4- RULE THE WORLD- Take That (21,400)* 5- APOLOGIZE- Timbland Ft One Republic (18,700)* 6- VALERIE- Mark Ronson Ft Amy Winehouse (18,300)* 7- NO-ONE- Alicia Keys (15,300)* 9- 2 HEARTS- Kylie Minogue (13,651) 2002 1- IF YOU’RE NOT THE ONE- Daniel Bedingfield (74,500) 3- DIRRTY- Christina Aguilera Featuring Redman (32,000)* 6- DILEMMA- Nelly & Kelly Rowland (25,000)* 7- THE KETCHUP SONG (ASEREJE)- Las Ketchup (23,000)* 8- JENNY FROM THE BLOCK- Jennifer Lopez (22,000)* 1997 3- BARBIE GIRL- Aqua (121,000) 5- TORN- Natalie Imbruglia (88,000)* 6- NEVER EVER- All Saints (85,000) * 10- CANDLE IN THE WIND 97/ SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY YOU LOOK TONIGHT- Elton John (49,000)* Amazing to hear Wires on the chart show. That song is THE definition of forgotten classic. The primary school hymn wasn't as bad as I was expecting :o This new Script song is more interesting than Hall Of Fame, nice to see it go top 40 but either way it'll end up on Geeza's flop thread.
December 2, 201213 yr Author Athlete Amazing  I just love the lyrics to it Ladywell Primary School: A track for charity, but they sounded as per out of tune as mentioned above. Can't wait to see if ID's tracks stuck around
December 2, 201213 yr The lyrics of 'Six Degrees Of Separation' are quite good. Never really listened to them before.

December 2, 201213 yr This must be the lowest selling song to be played on the chart show in ages, it's not even in the iTunes top 1,000  Even 'Burgh Island sold more as a standalone track. Interesting to see Imagine Dragons loopholing their way to having two new entries in the top 40 to open their career. This song is okay but 'It's Time' and 'Radioactive' are much better, no wonder they were the singles :P (Incidentally I just realised that 'Blood Bank' wasn't the last top 40 EP before 'The Burgh Island E.P.' - there was Pet Shop Boys' 'Christmas' EP later in 2009 which made #40, just).
