December 4, 201212 yr Apparently Kelly Clarkson has now been confirmed. An X Factor slot is just what she needs actually! Looking forward to Emeli, Kylie and Rihanna - really hope Rihanna sings Stay and Kylie sings On a Night Like This!
December 4, 201212 yr YES YES YES. Rihanna probably doing Stay and Queen Kelly, at least the guests will be worth it
December 5, 201212 yr What FANTASTIC guests! Let's hope they don't also bring in Michael Bublé and ruin it...
December 5, 201212 yr Stay will get a big boost if it is performed. But she will probably perform Diamonds again, like Take That performed twice with The Flood two years ago. :(
December 5, 201212 yr Stay will get a big boost if it is performed. But she will probably perform Diamonds again, like Take That performed twice with The Flood two years ago. :( I really hope she doesn't - she performed not two weeks back! I'm sure Take That had longer in between, and they didn't have another single at the time which could have been performed, whereas Rihanna does.
December 5, 201212 yr iirc the reason Take That performed The Flood again on the final was because the production they were going to use at the time was not suitable due to what had happened in the news. Something like that, I remember there being a reason though.
December 6, 201212 yr I think that was for their 'Kids' performance at the Brits. They were going to do something to do with armed police and what not but didn't think it was appropriate due to the riots and stuff I think. I could be wrong though.
December 6, 201212 yr Rita Ora???? How random. I like her but didn't expect that especially as she has performed already. Rihanna performing twice is kind of expected as she did with Only Girl/What's My Name. Emeli Sande is understandable because she actually hasnt performed by herself on X Factor before and they love her. Hoping Leona was going to sing Lovebird one one of the nights! So happy for Kelly Clarkson to be performing, she needs that boost with the greatest hits. Should be a good final, not the best though that's for sure. Imagine if Christopher wins, twitter/facebook meltdown bound to happen. The show will just lose even more credibility, they need James to win, if not at least Jahmene, who I'm not the biggest fan of but could sell albums and has been consistent every week. There is no possible way Rihanna will perform Diamonds again. LOL She did Only Girl/What's My Name last time she performed twice and will definitely be performing the new UK single 'Stay'. Will be a great performance too. Same way Rita will not sing Shine Ya Light. Take That performed same song because there were riots at the time. Edited December 6, 201212 yr by Karma
December 6, 201212 yr The riots happened in January/February thpugh, didnt they? Thinking back now I think it was to do with the rise in the tuition fees. Must of either been that, or to do with the policeman that hit that man and died.
December 6, 201212 yr What were Take That meant to be performing? Tbh, I can't even remember any riots at that time! :P
December 6, 201212 yr THE riots that everyone refers to was definitely in August. I do remember Take That not being able to perform Kidz for some reason, but can't remember exactly why!
December 6, 201212 yr Take That were not allowed to perform Kidz because of the tuition fees riots (I definitely remember that was the reason). :D
December 6, 201212 yr It was because they wanted to recreate scenes between the protesters/rioters and the police with their dancers. They didn't think that was an issue, unsurprisingly ITV didn't agree.
December 8, 201212 yr Winner's single choices revealed in The Sun. Jahmene - Let It Be (The Beatles) Christopher - The Reason (Hoobastank) James - Impossible (Shontelle) Pretty horrific choices if you ask me. :puke2:
December 8, 201212 yr Gonna post the exact same thing in this thread as I did the other thread: BACK THE FUCK OFF CHRISTOPHER...  Those choices seem a bit WTF and random though... not sure I believe them. His choice is one of my all time favourite songs, so if it's true (God help us if it is!) then there needs to be a campaign for people to buy the original or just to buy the Justice Collective single instead! OH GOD.
