It's in the last five years. If you're going to make silly sweeping statements expect me to be pedantic back. Plus "I Don't Care" sold quite well.

That's just being unnecessarily pedantic.

FOB should be top ten by the end of the night, the song will be played on Radio 1 later as it's going to be Zane Lowe's "Hottest Record In The World"

Wow at Fall Out Boy!! :o

And I think Thrift Shop, White Noise, Clown and Rattle would be like the best top 4 ever. I hope it happens officially.

Fall Out Boy is #10 now :o FOB for #1 please

Combined Live Pop Bars Top 5

#1 Macklemore & Ryan Lewis 'Thrift Shop' 100%

#2 Disclosure 'White Noise' 59.38%

#3 Emeli Sande 'Clown' 53.12%

#4 Bingo Players 'Get Up (Rattle)' 50%

#5 will.i.am & Britney Spears 'Scream & Shout' 43.04%

 9. My Songs Know What You Did In the Dark (Light Em Up) - Fall Out Boy

43. Wild for the Night (feat. Skrillex & Birdy Nam Nam) - A$AP Rocky - this absolutely must get top 40 (/top30/20/#1!??!?!)

68. Clarity (feat. Foxes) - Zedd

I don't think Emeli will make the top 5 this week, it won't be long before she settles back into the ~#8 position she was in before the DOI performance.

I agree she'll drop down, but I think she'll just manage a #5 position this week, it's still having great staying power and I can't see it dropping too far when it's still increasing in popularity and airplay.

Fall Out Boy?!!! :o

What, When, How?

Looks like this is heading for iTunes #2 at least

Fall Out Boy have been on hiatus for 4 years, of course they haven't done anything 'noteworthy'?!

I'm so glad they're top 10 though. Gah, they bring back so many good memories from my teenage years

David Bowie, Justin Timberlake, Disclosure and now Fall Out Boy having OA/OS success on iTunes. At least 'White Noise' looks set to climb in its second week (rather than the usual enter and plummet) so hopefully Disclosure's track doesn't tail off suddenly.

I'll check out the new Fall Out Boy track on YouTube and see if it's any good. I can't help but think already that within 48 hours from now, Fall Out Boy will probably be out of the top 10 again and start dropping down fairly quickly.

You forgot to mention Bon "1995" Jovi

Bon Jovi weren't that big in 1995. They were more omnipresent in the 90s - but not that huge. You are right about their recent return being missed off the list though!

It may fall but equally I could see it hanging around, its very catchy IMO and I could see it catching on. I think its always helps with the OA/OS strategy if it has a ready made video which this does.
