Ooh Sub Focus added! Did Capital ever playlist 'Tidal Wave'?

Edited by Bré

Good to see them jumping on the bandwagon with Subfocus, bit dissapointing to see radio 1 not alisting it too. Great to see them supporting Naughty Boy think it could sell alot next week & Onion J will be no1 wont they?!
Shame about Carly being dropped but it's fantastic that it has been able to become a top 40 hit! :D Great to see Demi and Jason!
Was in a taxi with Capital on the other day. The trip from my house to the train station is 6 mins but they still managed to slip in Rihanna 'We found Love' in
People really do complain about anything. We Found Love was a massive hit and it's nowhere near as overplayed as it was 15 months ago. Get over it.

Bruno Mars - Treasure

John Newman - Love Me Again

Mariah Carey (ft. Miguel) - #Beautiful

Rihanna (ft. David Guetta) - Right Now

All new entries! Pleased for Mariah!! :D

Good for Mariah she should go top 10 now, I'm surprised they are supporting John Newman so soon though he did perform on Feel the Love!!

We Found Love is extremely overplayed on the station, and it wasn't even THAT big in the first place. Umbrella was a much bigger hit but wasn't getting this kind of airplay in 2009. They're clearly playing it because it's basically "We Found the least offensive radio song of all time". There is NO excuse whatsoever for any station to play any song as much as Capital FM have been playing We Found Love imo.

Glad they're playing Mariah. I hope this isn't one of these cases where they put it on the playlist and don't play it.

Right Now is the least surprising playlist addition of all time. It will probably get the We Found Love treatment from the station tbh.

IMO Rihanna as a whole is overplayed on the station. I was out and about last night and I was flicking through different radio stations while I was driving - and Capital actually managed to play Diamonds TWICE within TWO HOURS. I thought that was a bit extreme, especially for a song that was out last year
What's really sad is that Capital FM are known for bumming Rihanna but they ignored Pour It Up :( It was never going to massive like Diamonds, Stay or We Found Love but they could've given it a chance! Now watch Right Now rise to the top 10 on iTunes within the next 2 weeks because of constant airplay.

I'm sure 'Pour It Up' was playlisted by Capital? (I suppose whether they played it or not is a separate matter).

Pleased to see SHM finally dropped. I doubt it'll make them stop bumming it to death but at least they can finally sort of rest in peace.

They did play it on the night-time shows occasionally. Pour It Up is terrible anyway so I'm not too bothered.

Don't You Worry Child is growing on me MASSIVELY again this week and I never noticed the strong airplay for it, but oh well. :P

We Found Love was probably bigger than Umbrella, it was MASSSSSIVE!

They need to stop playing Pink and Justin Timberlake so much >( Just makes me (and probably others) switch off. They also need to stop playing DOnt You Worry Child and Domino

Yeah, it was on the playlist. I really thought they were going to play it when I saw it get added. :(

Well, it was probably bigger than Umbrella in gay bars.

JT is ridiculously overplayed by Capital and KISS! Both Mirrors and Suit & Tie are played everytime I turn on the radio..

Capital manage to ruin every song I like!

What does that have to do with anything?!
