Not sure whether I should make a new thread for this, I'm sort of lost as to what the actual next single is.

SHEEZUS VIDEO:

Amazing. The song is not as instant as her songs usually are, but it grew on me by the 10th listen

Love that song. My favourite from the era so far. I'm slightly more interested in the era again now.
Love it. The "chorus" is so much more grabbing than it should be.
It feels like it should be soulless, but it's not, I just love it and I was grabbed on first listen - if that makes sense? Best song from this era since Hard Out here anyway, easily.
Awful. Just tacky and soulless.

Completely agreed.

It might be a good song if the execution of it was completely different and the lyrics were changed. Truth is, we can all come up with pop culture references and turn them into lyrics.

This is even more M.I.A.-like than 'Air Balloon'.

Horrendous though! Useless name dropping as well in the chorus.

In her Popjustice interview a fan asked her if she would do a song called "Cheryl Cole" as a follow up to "Cheryl Tweedy" and she said no but she told the fan to refer to "Insincerely Yours" instead. I wonder what this song is about, I hope we're not in for an other Lily VS Cheryl battle

She really has come back as the most pointless artist in pop. Such a shame as she had some real shining moments back in the day.

'Sheezus' is terrible. Can't decide if it is more offensive than 'Air Balloon' yet though.

I don't think I like 'Sheezus'. :(

AMAZING

'Hard Out Here'

NOT ON PAR WITH HER PREVIOUS MATERIAL BUT STILL PRETTY GOOD

'Air Balloon'

'Our Time'

BORING

'Somewhere Only We Know'

AWFUL

'Sheezus'

On the other hand, I LOVE Our Time now.
Wind Your Neck In is also out there now. Absolutely loving it, more like Hard Out Here than the other songs have been so far which of course is fantastic

Lyrically it sounds like it's written by a eighteen year old internet troll obsessed with chart battles.

Ironically she'll never be half as big as the artist she names because being a pop star to her is a part time thing.

Sheezus has won me over actually. Although I saw her at G-A-Y this weekend and her performance was mixed to say the least :o...
It stinks of M.I.A. I dont know whether I like it or not but I love the breakdown. I think I'll be listening to it more than I listened to Hard Out Here.
