Kylie always seems to record so much each era that we subsequently get leaks years later - KM94 was a treasure trove of unreleased tracks and KMO is similar too, always love hearing what could have been.
Def 2 albums along with x where there is loads of extras, would all fit nicely onto a rarities album or re release the albums with a bonus disc.

2 more unreleased songs from the 'KMO' sessions

I'm not sure why the uploader has decided that they're from Kiss Me Once. They're early Golden!

Bumping this up because I have been relistening to all of her albums from the debut. I need to do Golden and Disco next but this was slightly better an album than I remember and I was reminded how stunning 'Kiss Me Once' the title track was  Is it liked by the fans generally?

:cheeseblock:

Yes, finally some KMO album love!

One of my Top 3 favourite Kylie albums but generally massively disliked by the Kylie fanbase :drama: I still think it sounds great now.

It's a forgettable album that left me having wanted more at that time. In fact, when it was released, it made me appreciate Aphrodite more.
I was talking more about the title track alone as opposed to the whole album :kink: the album did sound better than it did when I first listened a couple of years ago but it's still my 2nd least favourite album from her (ahead of only Body Language).
^^ I’ll take title track love - usually anything connected with KMO is slated

There is plenty to slate and I rarely say this about Kylie.

There is maybe a couple of songs on the album that are below par. Fans really do the most when it comes to Kiss Me Once. :drama:

This! Anyone that had never heard it before would be thinking it’s the worst album in history based on some of the scathing reviews.

I’ve never understood the sheer hatred for it.

It's like she didn't know what to do after Aphrodite and K25. Artistically, I'd say she was a bit lost.

I agree with this and i think the switch in management etc added to that. Kiss Me Once and Kylie Christmas are probably back to back disappointments which doesnt happen often thank god in Kylies career, but with Kylie Christmas my expectations were low so it was better than i expected. I do remember vaguely thinking oh i hope this isnt the part where kylie releases music that i dont really enjoy anymore and i buy albums out of loyalty and keeping my collection complete but that was all put to bed with the release of Golden and the rest is history as they say.

Late to this thread but here are my thoughts:

MESS MESS MESS

The album was a poor caricature ... the biggest mistake K did was hiring Sia as exec producer. Most songs ended up being an economy version of something already out there (ex: the Pharell song), a tried/tested Kylie formula (ITB, Sexy love), songs that didn't "fit" Kylie's DNA (If only) and some were just outright embarrassing (Sexercise).

KMO took over BL and "let's get to it" as my least played Kylie album of all time. It has the same inconsistency of sound as X does, but at least X had some individual glorious moments.

The only 2 amazing Kylie-sounding songs on KMO were the title track and "Feels so good". Oh, and the Japan bonus song Sparks was awesome!

Kiss me and Once and Body Language are bottom of the pile for me, Lets get to it as a few good moments on it and its also an album that i have got to like more over the time, i was disappointed with it when it was first released but as i said it has grown on me, kiss me once has never really managed that with me, body language has a couple of good songs but the rest of pretty much a borefest although it does have a theme throughout, kiss me once just feels lost and maybe lacks direction is the best way i can explain it. As i have said before i really have tried with Kiss me Once but it just doesnt work for me and id love if someday Impossible Princess could outsell it as IP does not deserve to be her lowest selling studio album when we have albums like Kiss me once and body langauge.

Agree!

Other than the 3 tracks I mentioned, I don't even have any on my Kylie playlists.
