She sounds incredible on this track though, her voice matches it perfectly. She gives me Jessie Ware vibes on this. Perhaps a change of sound for her is coming.

They should've just had Jessie Ware sing on it then. She does this type of music anyway, and she's popular at the moment.

I think one of the guys from Disclosure must be banging her tbh. Girls use sex to further their careers all the time.

I remember when Chicane came out with Bryan Adams (Don't Give Up), I felt that is a very strange collab, but the song worked :D

Chicane did a song with Natasha Bedingfield as well (although that was just him sampling her vocals from one of her songs and putting it over one of his previous beats).

lol, new "Eric Blob Of The Week"?

Eric strikes again...

It's true though. It's not just with careers either, they use sex to get everything, especially things that cost money. You sleep with a girl and the next day she's like "Can you get me this necklace that costs like £200?", or you you have to buy them endless amounts of drinks to get them to come home with you. I have more respect for prostitutes tbh since at least they're openly admitting they just want money. Girls are small and cute, but they're extremely manipulative imo.

The hell?

I do agree that Jessie Ware would of been a good choice for this track. I'm loving it anyway. Brilliant track record with making amazing songs; you rarely see an artist this consistent. Hope it can make the top 10 in the long run!

Yep if I remember well it was just a mash up, but it was so successful, that in the end it was released. I Bruised easily + Saltwater

I'm tempted to leave this comment on and let people take pot shot.......

 21. Disclosure - You & Me (feat. Eliza Doolittle)

Disclosure  19 (Would be great if it could score a low top 10 place this week!)

Just noticed these:

288. Blurred Lines (Tribute to Robin Thicke) - Face to Face

880. Blurred Lines - The All Stars

1096. Blurred Lines (Rendu célèbre par Robin Thicke) [Version Karaoké] - Univers Karaoke

Haven't heard this yet, so i don't know if it sounds like 'smash hit' material. I remember a song (Andy Grammer 'Fine by Me') that had a fake version shoot up into the top 200. The original was released a week or so later and did virtually nothing, so you never know with these

It doesn't really sound like a hit. Robin Thicke's music in general isn't very commercial, but the music video (well, one version of it at least!) is getting quite a lot of attention, and it's doing well in lots of other countries. The song is quite unique though. Suit & Tie was getting loads of Robin Thicke comparisons when it came out if anybody remembers.

I think his record label have a lot of faith in this song for some reason, since they're putting so much promotion into it. Usually his songs don't get given all this exposure.

The song sounds similar to Give It To Me by Madonna (both are produced by Pharrell, which is probably why).

I'm pretty sure Blurred Lines will be big, it'll get at least top ten for sure.
824. Kurt Cobain - Amplify Dot (Griff, REJOICE.)

:w00t:

She's single-handedly got me interested into the elements of lyrics again. It's such a good song!

I agree, since it's doing so well everywhere else.

It's strange seeing Timbaland, and now Pharrell slowly creeping their way back to relevancy. Now Dr. Dre and Scott Storch to follow please!

This is still the iTunes thread, everything Eric related will be deleted in a minute. Thanks ;)

I think that's for the best. :drama:

And I apologize to Eliza Doolittle for making these accusations about her.

Poor Misha, Here's To Everything is fantastic, I thought It would at least get top 30, especially with radio1 backing her.
