Yeah, I want Leah to win and I think she'll do it. She's been far more consistent than Luisa.

Leah all the way I think. I imagine many people will be outraged if Luisa wins unless she also totally destroys Leah in todays task.
But 'behind every good project manager is a Neil Clough' so she has that working in her favour.
She really lucky that she knows that industry backwards, forwards, inside out, back to front and upside down.
On the other hand. I'm loving how well prepared and thought through Leah is. She knows what she wants, what she needs to do to get it and clearly is striding towards a clear end goal.
I would disagree with Alex that Leah is 'stressed'. I think she's striving to a goal she has been working towards for so long that she's very focused and sure that comes off a little cold but I can sort of relate to that.

Leah is so chill ~

But 'Niks' is a terrible name to be fair.

With 20 minutes to go, the program so far is pointing into the direction of a Luisa win. Her awkward pitch to the industry experts and crying afterwards is what is going to seal her fate as the winner.

Leah's come across really well so she's got no chance of winning The Apprentice for that very reason (think Tom winning this in 2011, and Lee winning this in 2008 and that the girls who finished 2nd screamed WINNER during the final).

CALLED IT!!!! :w00t:

Can't believe I picked out Leah as a potential winner weeks ago at work and my colleagues said "erm...no".

YES YES YES.

So happy, Leah just had such clear vision - for me, that's where she was ahead of Luisa. She knew every figure, every plan for every year like the back of her hand. Luisa was very good in the end and I thought she could've nicked it there, and she was prediction to win for the past 4/5 weeks, but I'm delighted for Leah. :D

What a great winner! Really thought her business plan was excellent and she comes across so well. I thought she'd do well even from whenever I first noticed her, so so glad she's gone all the way.
I'm 99% sure Luisa didnt win The Apprentice, it was her 26th birthday on Tuesday according to her twitter page and her colleagues at her normal job gave her a birthday cake. So this obviously means she is not working with Alan Sugar now and the programme was filmed in Autumm last year.

I'm glad she stayed though, the programme will be boring when she leaves and there wont be any fit ladies left.

I knew it!

Also check out these saucy pics of Luisa :w00t: :P

I thought it was rather predictable right from the point Sir Alan said to Leah 'do I wanna take the risk?' Thoroughly deserved, she never really faltered on that task and seemed to knew what she was doing the whole way through, Luisa did really well too though. I agree with what they were saying on You're Hired - I definitely saw a far more likeable side to her in the final.
Watched the first hour of the final, and I was really backing a Luisa win, because her promotion and brand and name was all 100% better than Leah's; her advert was DULL... Suppose it was good for Alan to take a risk with Leah, though, instead of playing it safe with Luisa, when she already has other businesses to take care of.
