This is the first time 'Where Is The Love' has made the top 40 from the 59p discount. It's not the first time it's been discounted but it only went low top 75-ish the last couple of times. The only song that's gone top 40 more than once from being 59p is Wheatus' 'Teenage Dirtbag'.

Well if you check the chart run it wasn't top 40 but top 75. And yes some songs tend to be often in the 59p promotion Blackstreet, Kings Of Leon, John Legend etc.
