I've spent most of my day on the internet watching or reading about Delta :P This takes me right back to my teen self being absolutely obcessed lol.

EDIT: It has, I watched a coupleof auditionson YouTube and Delta seems lovely on it ^_^ Going to have to find a link in the next few days and watch the full show!

Yes, The Voice has premiered. It was on before the Logies were televised. I've seen a few videos on youtube and she seems like a good judge of talent so far. Nobody picked her as a coach though. She's also got a good chemistry with her fellow coaches.

 

There's a girl that sung Samson by Regina Spektor who was really good.

 

#2 on iTunes, probably its peak as I don't expect it to overhaul Carly 'new queen of pop' Rae Jepsen but that's a fantastic result after five years out :D

I'm hoping she'll be given a slot on The Voice UK (her own Voice/Aus promo commitments permitting) as surely producers would see her as one of the 'family'. Would be perfect to kick off a comeback over here.

Just listened to Sitting On Top Of The World. Nice, energetic, crashing piano, it great! :D So fresh, I hope she gets a push over here with it!

Of course, quality not quantity but when it's (usually) the acts choosing you the coach that's gotta hurt. I'm quite shocked at that as well, I thought she was Australia's sweetheart? I'm only going off wiki here, not seen any of the contestants so they might not be the sort of people who would resonate with Delta anyway.

Is this getting a UK release? I kinda needed this on my iTunes like last week.

The auditions aren't necessarily shown in order, are they?

It's possible they were just edited that way to create some "drama".

She has 5 now, the last episode showed her getting 4 :lol:

Bitch did an instore today at Westfield Garden City in Brisbane. Which was the nearest shopping centre to where I lived when I was in Brisbane and seeing as it was a 35p/10min bus ride away it became my second home.
