I think 'I Love It' could have a run similar to Ke$ha's 'TiK ToK' tbh. A peak of #4, but hovering around for months. I'll predict sales of over 650k by the end of year!

The worst case was 5 O'Clock by T-Pain. It didn't show up on iTunes for ages so it wasn't until like Thursday or something that it finally got #1. :drama: Such a disaster. That song deserved so much more. :(

No lol. It got #6 officially. Understandable, since it was almost like a mid-week release in the end with the mess-up.

Well he's just debuted at #1 from pre-orders being lumped on, which has been matched at least once before (Military Wives, think 1 or 2 of the XF winner's singles have done so as well). It's not really fair to compare that to genuine fast climbers which didn't have pre-orders. I'm pretty sure 'Get Lucky' got to #1 within a few hours of release without pre-orders and that's the fastest I can think of. Pharrell is good at getting to #1 really quickly :P

 

Good to see Stylo in the top 1,500 within an hour, hope Jessie's surprising success doesn't mean he misses out on a top 5 placing. I think it'll be a high selling top 5/6 anyway.
