The pre-order is just about to take over the tribute version in the iTunes chart now! Looks like it could reach at least the top 20! :o

This is looking to be a sizeable hit now, when I first heard it, I thought it would do nothing, but the track just grew on me on every listen, its just a little bit different, a bit of country add some flashy dance music to it and viola, summer smash. All it needs now to drop before 12 August, it could also feature in the top end of the YTD chart for 2013.

"AND VIOLA". omg new phrase.

This track is okay at best. As Rich has said, we do have to be thankful and not take it for granted that he isn't David Guetta.

Here is the official lyric video!

Heard this a couple of days ago, loving this now. Avicii is seriously on FIRE this year, feels very folk-y Don't You Worry Child to me. Which is a fantastic thing.
The overhype of this is getting REALLY tiring now. I mean, it's good but it's not BRILLIANT like Levels and I Could Be The One are!

'I Could Be The One' is the epitome of a generic dance song.

When did I say that it wasn't?

This will be huge in Ireland as it has country vocals so all the people who love country will love it too, along with pop and dance fans.

It might grow on me but I don't generally like country vocals.

Then don't think of it as country, think of it as folk. If you remember Aloe Blacc's other hit "I Need A Dollar", he has an old school soul voice.

this is HORRIFIC. and it's gonna be everywhere!!!!! yuck

Tbh, that has been what I have thought about 90% of this years chart hits.

And I think one reason theyre even more annying is the fact that you hear them WAY too often. In ads, radio, shops, etc. Just kills the whole song. Like with Get Lucky... :puke2:

Hearing Get Lucky too often is not possible :o It still sounds amazing after all these listens
Loving this now. Great message, brilliant summer vibes and yeah. I really do want this go no.1 now which I know it will. Like Jon I also disliked "I need a dollar" too. So overrated imo.
