I keep forgetting K Koke actually exists. Hope this song is better than 'Lay Down Yor Weapons', although I should think it will flop anyway. What's with the huge gap between singles from The xx's album? It's been like 10 months since 'Chained' if Wikipedia isn't lying. didn't think they'd playlist the new Arctic Monkeys single that quickly! Takura) - Show N Prove Hooray for all these songs!! :cheer: I heard Jack on Radio 1 a few days ago. K Koke's song is better than his previous single, but I don't think it'll chart as high. I thought it was just no pre-album single, not necessarily no singles at all. Same. That's all I heard too. June 19, 201312 yr What's with the huge gap between singles from The xx's album? It's been like 10 months since 'Chained' if Wikipedia isn't lying. You need to stop taking what random people write on Wikipedia as gospel. The date they have for 'Chained' (7 Aug 12) was the date the band posted the song online. At that point in time, the album hadn't been released and 'Angels' hadn't even charted yet. 'Chained' was promoted as a single with an impact date of 3 Dec 2012, which was when its 7" vinyl was also released. It was playlisted on Radio 1 around that time. Between then and now, 'Sunset' was also promoted as the album's 3rd single (which isn't even mentioned on Wiki). It had no video but it was playlisted on Radio 1 around March of this year. 'Fiction' is the 4th single. Now in light of all this information, their release gaps don't seem all that strange. It's going to go top 10 isn't it :( What is it with Disney girls this year? They all seem to be getting radio support and high chart positions with terrible songs.

Well, Selena Gomez & The Scene do :kink: (sorry) I forgot about "Naturally", managed that without Radio 1 support iirc. I like how they're supporting all of the Disney/Nickelodeon etc. girls (well, not Ariana :() this year, interested to see if Miley can finally get an official top 10 as well.
