He should be credited especially after the fuss Avicii caused with poor Leona

She cries about it every night I'M SURE.

Hope this can at the very least go top 40! The fact it's top 100 before R1 have even playlsted it seems quite promising (unless R1 are snubbing this for some reason, surely not though).

Rooting for Gabrielle Aplin to keep climbing with 'Home'. Literally, one of my favourite songs of the year so far.

Annoying that it appears Aloe Blacc isn't going to be officially credited on 'Wake Me Up' as the vocals are the best part of the song IMO.

'Blurred Lines' added to the list of songs that have had 2 versions top 10 simultaneously on iTunes then. Weird that it's taken this long for the album version to get there.

I hope not, really liking 'F For You' so hopefully it will give Disclosure another top 20 hit at least.

Unlikely that will happen. Sarah Cox played it a few times this week and the dance shows played this pretty good remix of it (TEED remix).

Rudimental needs to get inside the top 10.

105. Rudimental - Right Here (feat. Foxes) - 100 places too low imo.

I think Disclosure will be getting playlisted this week, I'm sure I heard Sara confirm this was going to be her 'big thing' all next week!

Agreed on Rudimental, I'm not expecting miracles but it needs to go top 30 at the very least but at least it will guarantee more sales for the album which is amazing

Can't believe the stupidity of people buying 2 versions of the same spng just because one is on an album, just annoys me that its adding more sales to Robins overall sales

29. Avril Lavigne - Here's To Never Growing Up

48. The Saturdays - Gentleman

65. Miley Cyrus - We Can't Stop.

131. The Saturdays Feat Sean Paul - What About Us

132. Demi Lovato - Made In The Usa

There could be another version in the Top 40 within the next week with Now 85 out on Monday (unless it's made album only).

It's not as if people are buying both versions. You'll buy one or the other. The top version has decreased quite a bit since the album version has been climbing, it's still selling the same amount as if it would be without the second version there right now.

According to Amazon, the following tracks are album-only on Now 85 (I presume other retailers will have the same):

'Get Lucky'

'Let Her Go'

'Walks Like Rihanna'

'Heart Attack'

'Come & Get It'

'Let's Get Ready To Rhumble'

'Play Hard'

'Chocolate'

That seems a lot more than usual lately, but 'Blurred Lines' isn't one of them anyway.

Damn It! I was hoping Get Lucky could sneak some extra sales here!

I was going to say that for Come & Get It and Heart Attack, but as Joseph said it's not really extra sales, people will just buy that version instead of another and the one or two versions above it will decrease slightly in response; the sales are just more spread out really.

Sometimes being on the latest Now CD gives songs a bit of a boost. You watch there will be a few Top 40 re-entries because of the Now CD being released next week as per!

It is extra sales sometimes. It's hard to tell so high up the chart, but lower down the chart you see huge climbs when their album gets released. Lots of songs re-enter too.

I'm sure there are usually only 2 or 3 album-only tracks at most? I'd be surprised if there were as many as that. I hope it's not true anyway for the same reason as Thermo, was looking forward to 'Get Lucky' getting a boost again :P No doubt Robin Thicke will get a third version top 40 at least, might get close to the top 20.

Being on a Now album definitely is extra sales, because in addition to people who were just 'naturally' buying it anyway, there are now people who are just seeing that a new Now album is out and looking through the tracklist and cherrypicking their favourites.
