That ain't funny.

It was an observation, not an attempt at humour so that's probably why.

He's a shockingly terrible singer going on that. But it will probably be a massive no.1 here.

I agree, his voice is rather off-putting but this is a very catchy pop song and will without a doubt be massive.

Oh, wow this is amazing !! :cheer: Go James, by far the best on last year's X-Factor.

I can see the John Newman similarities but frankly this is too good a song to let that be an issue.

This is growing on me, pretty good proper debut. Really reminds me of Corinne Bailey Rae's I'd Like To weirdly, both production and melody wise!

That song is HORRID

It's everything I dislike about the recent trends in chart music

Faceless

This song is actually growing so much, ridiculously strong debut, I never really liked him as well.
Just heard this for the first time. Had quite hopes for this but I'm really not sure how I feel about this. Strong, catchy chorus, really like it, but his warbles at the end of every few lines in the verses are pretty excruciating vocally. At parts it kinda feels like too much. Not bad though.

I think this would be good if it wasn't SO LOUD, seriously the chorus/hook is actually very catchy, but the whole guitars/trumpets production is just so overdone, I can barely hear him/decipher what he's saying at points!

Song wise, Syco's FINALLY got it right with a male winner this time. I'd be surprised if this wasn't a hit.

The single is overly frantic, seemingly for the sake of it. I feel like something should be toned down in it, and I'm not sure whether that's the instrumental or his vocals... perhaps both. :drama:
No doubt it's going to be a hit despite being ridiculously shit.
