Fabulous start for the album and excellent to see the song top 40 already

EDIT: Only one other collaboration, and that's track 12, Coming Up For Air, which is billed as Cheryl & Joel Compass! Jay's BJSC artist getting that smash *_*

The relevance! *.*

I surprisingly love 'Only Human', so far ahead of the two singles it is hard to think it's from the same artist. May be some hope for this album still.

Absolutely stunning!

Was anyone one of the lucky 1000 who pre-ordered the box set with a signed piccy? Looks like I missed out, waaaaaaaa!

Nah, it will be Pink Floyd, Foo Fighters might be #2 and I hope Cheryl makes it to #3

Looking at pre-orders I think it is pretty much certain that Pink Floyd will be #1, maybe Cheryl could do #2?

'Only human' has clicked with me in a HUGE way, I love it so much right now

So this is the album's description on Amazon so it is kind of official :

Only Human is undeniably pop while managing to challenge convention in its own way. It's thoughtful, considered, celebratory and hugely uplifting. Heavy on pop bangers, this is also a record that encourages the listener to tune into the songs overall message of overwhelming optimism.

Cheryl worked with newcomers like Joel Compass, Electric and Red Triangle along with more established names like Wayne Wilkins (Beyoncé) - who worked with Cheryl on "Fight For This Love" - Cass Lowe (Chance The Rapper), Lucas Secon (Britney, Kylie), The Invisible Men (Iggy Azalea), Bonnie McKee (Katy Perry), Sia (Rihanna) and Cheryl’s former bandmate Nicola Roberts.

I love the way the album is described.

I like "Only Human". I need to give it a couple more listens before I love it (as with most of Cheryl's ballads) but I'm glad it seems to be getting a good response.

Cheryl has covered TLC's classic "Unpretty", mashed-up with Beyoncé's "Pretty Hurts"! It's not the best cover, especially at the beginning, but it's a great idea for a mash-up. I particularly like the "Pretty Hurts" section (and to be fair I think she did it fairly well to say who sung the original):

That cover is actually really, really lovely. 'Unpretty' is such a classic, but she did such a good job! Loved the mash up too!

Nice idea but terrible execution for the most part. The backing singers sounded good on the 'Pretty Hurts' chorus though. :kink:

Still loving 'Only Human'. It must be the next single regardless of whatever else she has up her sleeve.
