Earthquake is getting released on the 19th and Burn is getting released on the 12th. Are The Wanted seriously releasing OA/OS? This song better be another Glad You Came else it will BOMB.

9. Tinie Tempah Ft. 2 Chainz - Trampoline - 44,000

10. Robin Thicke Ft. Pharrell & T.I. - Blurred Lines - 39,000

The Wanted's track will drop 5-19 with a massive sales cut because of the stupid OA/OS release.

12th August

Axwell – Center Of The Universe - #30

Ellie Goulding – Burn - #3

Katy Perry – ROAR - #1 (assuming it's actually out in the UK that week)

Ray Foxx ft. Rachel K Collier - Boom Boom (Heartbeat) - #17

The Vaccines - Melody Calling - #35

19th August

DJ Fresh VS Diplo ft. Dominique Young Unique – Earthquake - #5

Klangkarussell ft. Will Heard - Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine) - #6

Lady Gaga – Applause - #2

Matt Cardle ft. Melanie C - Loving You - #9

Miguel – Adorn - #47

Naughty Boy ft. Emeli Sande – Lifted - #16

Sean Paul - Other Side Of Love - #14

Wretch 32 feat Jacob Banks – Doing OK - #25

Tich – Obsession - #21

The Wanted won't release OA/OS (unless it's actually confirmed? dunno)

12th August

01 - Katy Perry – ROAR

01/2 - Ellie Goulding – Burn

29 - Ray Foxx ft. Rachel K Collier - Boom Boom (Heartbeat)

37 - The Vaccines - Melody Calling

55 - Axwell – Center Of The Universe

If Katy doesn't release OA/OS then the #1 is Ellie's. Daft Punk's new single will flop. The Wanted surely won't release OA/OS

19th August

01 - Lady Gaga – Applause

06 - DJ Fresh VS Diplo ft. Dominique Young Unique – Earthquake

08 - Klangkarussell ft. Will Heard - Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine)

12 - Naughty Boy ft. Emeli Sande – Lifted

14 - Matt Cardle ft. Melanie C - Loving You

18 - Sean Paul - Other Side Of Love

25 - Miguel – Adorn (at a later date)

28 - Wretch 32 feat Jacob Banks – Doing OK

35 - Tich – Obsession

I could see Adorn catching on and having longevity but a low peak.

I will be shocked if Katy Perry can get to #1 with an OA/OS release, even if its an absolute monster of a tune. I have a feeling it's gonna be crap though.

Next week Avicii will be #1, the week after probably Gaga.

Capital have the wanted listed for August 11th on their website.is katy perry confirmed for on air on sale in the uk

I'm still convinced that OA/OS won't work for Katy Perry and that she'll debut around #3/4 and just stick around for weeks. Likewise, I can't see Ellie Goulding selling the 80k+ that she'll need to outsell Avicii next week; so might have to settle for #2. I'd happily be disproven though, but would rather Ellie get her first #1.

As for the following week, Lady Gaga should have it in the bag; regardless of whether it's another "Born This Way" piece of rubbish (which I don't think it will be).

I really want Ellie Goulding to get her first number one next week, I don't want Katy Perry to do it as she's already had 3 ffs!!

It's hard to call it with the OA/OS tracks, I think there is enough hype around Lady GaGa to get to number one the following week but I'd love Klangkarussell to cause a major upset!!

I so hope Mel C can have a decent sized hit with Matt Cardle - It's about time a former Spice Girl was riding high in the charts again!

12th August

DJ Fresh VS Diplo ft. Dominique Young Unique – Earthquake #18

Katy Perry – ROAR #2

Ellie Goulding – Burn #1

The Wanted – We Own The Night #6

19th August

Lady Gaga – Applause #1

Matt Cardle ft. Melanie C - Loving You #54

Miguel – Adorn #36 - in a sense I can see this being a mini-'Spectrum'/'Summertime Sadness'

Naughty Boy ft. Emeli Sande – Lifted #8

Sean Paul - Other Side Of Love #13

Wretch 32 feat Jacob Banks – Doing OK #19
