Really hope Britney can go top 10 with 'Britney Jean'! She reached top 15 when pre-orders were first available and didn't fall away too fast, I don't think. Hopefully that'll be enough of an indication to show it going top 10, although there seems to be little to no hype for it, so I wouldn't be surprised if it missed the top 10 and ended up doing "an 'On Your Radar'" by The Saturdays or something instead :(

She'll definitely go top 10 on iTunes and possibly top 5 due to the pre-order but like you say, I'm not sure if it will manage top 10 officially. It should get decent first week sales though even if it only goes top 20 considering sales are getting higher now!

I think Rebecca will go at least top 10 officially with the X Factor promotion and manage a lot of sales over the next few weeks. Leona will probably only go top 20 officially next week, but I can see it rising into the top 10 or even top 5 after her X Factor performance and due to the increasing airplay of 'One More Sleep' and the rest of her album!

I wonder if 1D will fall a lot next week. Does anyone know their week 2 sales for take me home?

It was around a 50% drop but they increased by ~20k the week after again, so it's unlikely that they'll be frontloaded at all.

1D will quite easily get a second week at #1 most likely. 5 potential top 10 entries this week methinks - Britney Spears, Il Divo, Leona Lewis, Rebecca Ferguson and Richard & Adam. I think Leona has more of a chance at top 10 next week after her XF performance though.

26. Rebecca Ferguson - Freedom

31. Kelly Clarkson - Wrapped In Red

Wow at Britney :o Wasn't expecting her to get this high up! Won't get anywhere near there officially I'm sure but top 10 would still be amazing after the disaster of Work Bitch in the chart.
Britney and Leona ahead of Rebecca who had an XFactor performance just last night, amazing. It won't be like that officially, but I'm having this moment! *.*
Leona  to #6! Really surprised at how well it is doing, given the very small amount of promo so far. It's technically #4 once you take out the 2 compilation albums in front of it!

Rebecca doing better than I feared, I'm hopeful for Top 10 now since she'd probably do atleast equally well on physical sales as she's doing on downloads I should think.

Britney on the other hand will probably see a far higher proportion of her sales come on downloads (which have less weight this close to Christmas), so I'm not sure she'll do as well as her iTunes position indicates.

Leona is doing OK - although it's probably not going to match up to some of her fans' more delusional expectations, it was definitely a smart move to do a Xmas album and market her squarely to the housewives and grannies who bought her first album, rather than the laughable attempt to launch her as a "pop diva" over the last few years which was never going to work.

I see Britney scraping into the top 10 if she is lucky, though wouldn't be surprised to see it chart at #14 on Sunday. Leona and Rebecca are obviously going to get the physical sales to easily see both top 10.
Wow at Britney! I think top 10 is definite for the official chart.
Its weird to think Britney is #1 taking out the compilations. The new releases are doing poorly on Amazon though so I have no idea how these will fair on the official chart. I just hope they don't drop dramatically over the course of the week.
Remember physical sales will be much greater than downloads in the next month so better not take overly alot of notice of the itunes download positions although they probably are good for seeing potential popularity!

Oh we all know the order of Britney > Leona > Rebecca will probably be reversed

I'm expecting

04. Rebecca

08. Leona

14. Britney

Officially. Britney may start top 10 in the first set of mid weeks (around number 8).

^ Really? I'm thinking Leona will debut around #15. I don't think her physicals have been doing that well (would love to be wrong though).

Not sure if anybody cares but:
