November 9, 201311 yr Do people not believe Sam C will get the whole "THIS is the route you should be taking!" sort of comments? I don't know why, but I'm fully expecting it! Oh totally. Even Borelow will be on board with this, he can basically speak sing his way through it and nobody will care.
November 9, 201311 yr Thers no way Rough Copy can be in bottom 2 No no no!! and Luke is to amazing to EVER being in bottom 2.
November 9, 201311 yr Probably via Skype; he's apparently "giving them advice", so I don't think they'd drag him in just for that. :P
November 14, 201311 yr Songs revealed: Hannah Barrett – Satisfaction (Rolling Stones I assume) Luke Friend – Your Song (Elton John) Sam Bailey – Something (The Beatles) Rough Copy – Viva La Vida (Coldplay) Sam Callahan – Faith (George Michael) Tamera foster – Diamonds Are Forever (Shirley Bassey) Nicholas McDonald – Someone Like You (Adele) Dear god, AWFUL choices for Nicholas and Rough Copy :/ As in I love the songs but they will ruin them, especially Rough Copy. Very clichéd song choices for Hannah, Tamera, Luke and Sam c as well...
November 14, 201311 yr Nicholas McDonald – Someone Like You !!!!!!??????!!!!?!?! http://replygif.net/i/271.gif
November 15, 201311 yr At this point I would be more surprised if they did something that wasn't completely cliched and over done. I cant get my head around this years song choices at all! Like they are solely appealing to the granny market this year, so odd.
November 15, 201311 yr It's even more baffling knowing that the Australian show manages to have the more contemporary and inspiring choices. :drama: Sam Bailey's song choice is baffling though. Could it be possible hers and Nicholas' choices have been mixed up? (Wasn't Nicholas' and Abbie's mixed up last week?)
November 15, 201311 yr Oh gawd Nicholas and Rough Copy's choice aren't good for them at all. And Sam C's to a lesser extent but he won't do an amazing performance no matter what he's given.
November 15, 201311 yr Yeah the Australian version usually chose really up to date songs! And where the songs weren't up to date, they were at least not song choices you hear often. And yet every year we get the same few songs! It's even more baffling knowing that the Australian show manages to have the more contemporary and inspiring choices. :drama: Sam Bailey's song choice is baffling though. Could it be possible hers and Nicholas' choices have been mixed up? (Wasn't Nicholas' and Abbie's mixed up last week?) No, Abi was down as singing That's Life all along (although her and Nicholas SHOULD have swapped really), so we're gonna have to hear SLY murdered :(
November 15, 201311 yr I do wish they would give Tamera a more upbeat song, I mean I love a good ballad but she needs something more contemporary or she doesn't stand a chance of winning. Sam C singing Faith will be a trainwreck, I can't imagine Luke singing Your Song but it may be good. I actually think Nicholas may be able to pull off Someone Like You.
November 15, 201311 yr Nicholas has an excellent voice tbf, so I think this could be his "performance of the series" moment and could end up giving him the win if he was to choose it as his favourite performance, for the final. He'll do it well, I think I'm just struggling to hear how a guy will manage to sing that song I guess.
November 15, 201311 yr The only good X Factor performance of 'Someone Like You' is/will be Jade's.
