Brett-Butler up next to hand out some much needed points to some of the more guitar based tracks towards the foot of the table with Major Leagues, Johnny Boy and Kakkmaddafakka being the main beneficiaries here. At the top end, only Ellery and Mons Montis get anything, the latter’s two points putting it achingly close to the lead.

One Potato Two was my entry. A great wee band from the Isle of Wight. I thought it would either do exceptionally well or incredibly badly, so mid table is rather surprising.

SevenSeize up next with his grammatically challenged band who sit in the relative comfort of mid tableness. His points are more than enough to prompt another change at the top with Swept taking over yet again... with just four voters left it seems difficult to see anything other than one of the top two winning now. It’s a Mart!n vs JohnKM death match.
A maximum here for Francis and the Lights pushes Chez Wombat back into the top 10 for the first time in a while and Cloud Control also continue their slow ascent back again.

Two points was all Moderat needed to take the top spot and it’s exactly what they receive here. A maximum here for Doctor Blind and Johnny Boy... definitely one of the better tracks here and I can only assume you all already knew it?
I forgot to mention last time that Cloud Control had hit the 100 points mark so I’ll instead mention that they’re now 15 points clear of it as they close in on a potential top 5 finish!

And I’m sure Mr KM is positively wetting himself in excitement now as West’s votes push Swept out in front for what surely MUST be a final and decisive push. Especially as only my votes are left and we usually share so much in common musically and that surely I’d love to let at least one of our gmods do well when I host something? Plus Mart!n is ditching these results for bloody EASTENDERS of all things. Tsssssk. And after all it’s not like I ever discount points on tracks for being cheap and already having threads on the forum or anything now is it???
