'Without You' is my favourite song from Lana so that comparison is very apt and helps explain why i am obsessed with both :P

this albuma has gotten better with repeated plays, a truly amazing pop record that'll go down as a classic.

 

p.s. 'wonderland' and especially 'new romantics' are my favourites. nr is as good as pure song gets pretty much :o

it doesn't really have a weak moment does it? the ballads don't match up with the uptempos but that's a small overnight. quite why 'new romantics' and 'wonderland' aren't on the main record i'm not sure, it'd really accelerate it into being one of the best pop records of the last 20 years. here's hoping there's an outside chance that one can become a single way down the line.

 

'you are in love' is good lyrically but not one of the highlights still 7/10, i can zippy it to you if you like?
