Is just another girl by the Killers just getting cherry picked from the album or is it now a single, does anyone know? I do really like the track but i love shot at the night and think they were crazy to cancel its release. The new tracks on the greatest hits are excellent and stronger than the material on sawdust, going by the sound of the new racks its a shame they didnt make another studio album if they are anything to go by it would have been a great album.

JAG is not a single no, pure cherry picking. To be expected when they have so many fans who have all their studio albums so wouldn't buy a greatest hits. As to SATN it is a shame they cancelled it's release, but hey, it's out and #15 on itunes so really doing far better than most expected! So maybe it was the best tactic afterall.

 

As for the next record, it is a shame they didn't straight away make another one. But they're not breaking up! Ron has said there'll be a new Killers studio album sometime in 2016. Inbetween we'll have another brandon solo effort.

Storm Queen looking at quite an almighty drop this week, I hope his sales hold up better than his position seems to be. (Wouldn't be too surprised at this drop if it weren't for the fact he sold so much last week).

 

It should sell 50-60k at the very least still, sales should be very good this week. Whats the bets the overall sales drop though lol!

Yep, it's called 'Christmas in LA', due on or around Dec 1st (world aids day), it's featuring a band called Dawes and is produced by Steve Lillywhite. These never do much on the charts these days, but it's a great tradition that the band and fans seems to love.

Looking forward to adding this to my Xmas playlist in a few weeks :). If it's in the style of Feel it in my Bones or Boots it will be great. The 1st Dec release will be at the start of the week so let's hope for the first time since they have stated to release these they have a full week of sales & get a top 40 hit for the first time since 2007s Don't Shoot me Santa!! Although it'll fall quickly with the usual no radio support :(

As I mentioned in our messages if they are still not part of the 59p list, than they are definitely not part of the iTunes promotion. The label can decide individually too to reduce the price of a song but it won't appear in the 59p section.

I don't think the list updates later than the songs appear with the 59p price tag.
