The milestone episode has been expanded to be a two-parter airing March 18th and March 25th! Gwyneth Paltrow is set to return and Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford will be guest starring.

Some spoiler-ish info about the episode and those that will follow:

The 100th episode will center on

Jane Lynch's principal Sue Sylvester, who after years of disdain for the New Directions and Matthew Morrison's Will Schuester, finally succeeds in ending the glee club in Lima. Many original cast members -- Heather Morris (Brittany), Harry Shum Jr. (Mike), Mark Salling (Puck), Dancing With the Stars winner Amber Riley (Mercedes), Dianna Agron (Quinn) and Kristin Chenoweth (April), the latter of whom won an Emmy for her guest turn -- will return to say their final goodbyes to Will and each other in an episode that is said to be very moving. (Morrison is not exiting the series.)

The Fox musical will then

do several consecutive episodes set in New York City, centering on Rachel (Lea Michele), Blaine (Darren Criss), Kurt (Chris Colfer), Sam (Chord Overstreet) and Mercedes (Amber Riley) and potentially other co-stars.

Big changes then :o

Songs already confirmed to be getting the 'remix' treatment;

"Valerie" [santana & Brittany]

"Keep Holding On" [Puck]

"Toxic" [Quinn, Brittany & Santana]

"Raise Your Glass" [Will & April]

"Dog Days Are Over"

"Defying Gravity" [Rachel, Kurt & Mercedes]

"Happy" [Holly, Will, April, Blaine & Mercedes]

Wish I hadn't read the first spoiler! I think the second is a good move though, it's always nice to see the

New York cast scenes,

hopefully this doesn't signal that there won't be

a sixth series

though.

Chace Crawford is also guest starring as Quinn's new boyfriend Biff.

Hopefully that doesn't mean the Lima cast won't be in those episodes as that would be terrible.

I think that's exactly what it means.

Apparently the five newbies will all exit until Season 6

Imma be EXTREMELY annoyed if non of the original songs are "remixed" :\

Also a bit annoyed at that spoiler too.

I quite liked and started getting used to the balance between NY and Lima!

I'm not sure how this will do ratings wise, it's up against Pretty Little Liars season finale!

Been confirmed that after the 100th episode, Glee will be moving to New York for the rest of the season. No Lima at all until Season 6

I love this. From the off with series 4 around the early episodes like Makeover etc, I've preferred NYADA and New York and the whole out of Lima thing as it was just a bit crap back at McKinley etc. Sounds sooooo good :)

Pharrell Williams "Happy" has been added to this episode (made worse by it seemingly replacing "Dog Days Are Over" :/).

I've updated the first post with who's singing what rather than posting all the songs again. ^_^

"I Am Changing" is taken from Dream Girls and "Be Okay" is by some unknown male/female duo called 'Oh Honey'.

Looks great, just a celebration of the past 4.5 seasons.

Really BUZZING for this episode. I hope ratings can go up slightly for this, this week.

They didn't go up last week and it was a National episode :(

Some of the songs have leaked- Defying Gravity is brilliant, Toxic is good but Happy bored me senseless.

There all over Tumblr, Can't post YT likes atm as i'm on my phone.

I held back from the audios, but I'm watching this episode now and WOW. THAT performance of 'Toxic' OMGG. QUINN IS BACK!!!

Loving this episode so far! So old school Glee!

Finished the whole episode and it was fantastic! Best episode in a long time for me. It feels surreal that it's actually coming to an end now!
