February 18, 201411 yr Author 16/16 PERSEPHONIA BJSC II was a long time before Persephonia first entered the contest and thank God, because if we had to sit through a contest of this quality we'd have left then and there. Maybe it was better at the time. At least our top 10 and a couple of others were LISTENABLE. Persephonia's eight points go to P!nk of XANAGA with 'Just Like A Pill'. Seems quite dodgy for us to be voting someone like her so highly but honestly the woman has a solid catalogue and this is one of her best songs. No more credible is our 10 pointer, HACKYACK with Rihanna's 'Don't Stop The Music'. Rihanna is rather less consistently good but she has her fair share of BANGERZ as well and this is by far her best song so we could never not support it, regardless of it being horrendously cheap probably even for the time. (Poor brave Matt with dot BTW!) IN HOMAGE TO DAYS OF YORE (ever so sorry for interrupting your lovely prose Bré) :o :cheer: And so we give a pretty predictable 12 points to the absolute classic that is 'Bitter Sweet Symphony' by The Verve representing KYLIENIPS. I was kinda hoping I wasn't going to have to do this but unfortunately no songs here that I hadn't already heard come close to this kind of quality.
