Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, simply known as Beyoncé (/biˈjɒnseɪ/ bee-YON-say; born September 4, 1981), is an American singer, songwriter and actress. It wasn't ineligble, they just deleted the single version and made the album version available fully (It was only available when you pre-ordered the whole album), so the sales concentrate on one version on iTunes (I guess)
