April 2, 201411 yr do you mean in terms of delays? because i had already stated it was more likely to be wednesday night (at 6pm no less!), and that tuesday night would be an early bonus for you guys if it was possible. we haven't actually abstained from the original planned results time, or wasted your time. we don't plan to either! you can 'bookmark me' or whatever on this and then we'll cross that bridge if it does actually come to a delay. it's jake's contest essentially, i've hosted 3 times already and don't need the glory of another, and i want him to have the full experience of it. he might never get the chance to host again! (although v unlikely considering i think he'll probs win most of the year) voting deadlines are only enforced strictly due to absolute fairness, as it could change who DNQs and Qs, therefore if you set the deadline there can be no 'what ifs'. jake 1.0noshebettadon't is STILL in hospital, but he's hopeful and pretty sure he'll be out today, and if so results will be at 6pm tonight. as some are a little bit on edge about your proposed-but-not-promised, unfulfilled tuesday results show, i'm gonna whip up some pretty graphics to make the 'wait' a little more worth it. ^_^

April 2, 201411 yr Not at all, you both appear to be doing a fine job ensuring it runs as smoothly as possible, I'm more referring to an incident a while back where a participant may or may not have been in hospital and thus could not vote accordingly to meet the deadline with the response more or less being " oh well fuck you you're still getting banned next contest" or whatever. Xclusions apply~ thank you, it's appreciated! oh i remember that. that was phlox right??? it might've been because his attitude stunk, so i'm not surprised people were v unsympathetic. plus us hosts are literally the only two with the results to hand, so you gotta be nice or we might not give them to you :o let's blame it on that~
