Oh gosh, yes. Silly me!

01. Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball 100%

02. Britney Spears - Work Bitch 91.8%

Britney has slightly decreased. :(

SHE BETTER PERFORM ON GMA IN THE MORNING. Watch her perform "Ooh La La", just to troll me. http://www.breatheheavy.com/exhale/public/style_emoticons/default/crying1.gif

That's probably coz sales are normally higher than when Britney usually releases. The increase of 'Wrecking Ball' has been down to the massive controversy surrounding the video. I'm still thinking Brit's gonna get bigger opening sales than HIAM did (or 'Womanizer').

Miley Cyrus > Britney Spears > Katy Perry > Lady Gaga.

I'm pretty sure no one would have made that bet two months ago. Personally I would have though the charts would have rather looked the opposite : Lady Gaga > Katy Perry > Britney Spears > Miley Cyrus.

Of course the release dates are not the same, but I would have least expected Lady Gaga to have a bigger comeback hit than the other 3 (especially Miley)!

It shows that not everything is predictable and you always have nice surprises.

Fantastic top 3, wish the UK had Wrecking Ball and Work Bitch out!

Lady GaGa and Katy Perry write their own songs and GaGa does production/ videos, etc, so it's not really comparable ...

Anyway, Britney's star power has faded even in the U.S so doubt it'll be no.1 for long IF it gets there.

Also, what is that the actual single cover in someone's signature and not a joke?

Britney co-wrote "Work Bitch". And Britney has been around for going on 15 years, the fact she is still hanging with the new it girls, deserves respect in itself.

She co-wrote (and properly co-wrote at that) nearly all of In the Zone, but she doesn't compete based on her new material.

Well apparently she does, judging by her performance all around the world. Hitting #1 in 49 countries.
