May 14, 201412 yr Quite an early add for Example, they still seem to love him! Surprised they haven't A-listed Bastille yet. And Arctic Monkeys normally move up quickly, so to see them stalling on the C-list is a bit of a shocker :o Oh and of course great to see Ella get an add :D Edited May 14, 201412 yr by Mango
May 14, 201412 yr Why aren't they supporting 'Jubel' as much as they can? The pre-orders show that it's going to go top 5 even with the limited airplay it has had so far so it doesn't make sense to me. Glad Ella has been added though!
May 14, 201412 yr Author nothing particularly exciting this week, aside from Fred V/Grafix which is a nice little surprise addition~ Ella & Ezra's songs are good though a-listing Birthday already seems a bit pointless; it's getting tons of airplay from everywhere else? give songs like Jubel or West Coast a chance >:( so i take it the new Skepta/JME song *won't* be playlisted then? either that or it'll just be hesitantly thrown onto the INMWT list for a few weeks like German Whip
May 14, 201412 yr Other than that, very happy for Birthday. Would love for it to peak in the top 10 eventually.. I'm also happy Lorde remains A-listed although West Coast and A Sky Full of Stars would also be nice in the A-list :(
May 14, 201412 yr r u jokin...jubel is not a list :( :( Why aren't they supporting 'Jubel' as much as they can? The pre-orders show that it's going to go top 5 even with the limited airplay it has had so far so it doesn't make sense to me. Glad Ella has been added though! There's still a couple of weeks before it's released, I'm sure it will be A-listed next week. Edited May 14, 201412 yr by Mango
May 14, 201412 yr There's still a couple of weeks before it's released, I'm sure it will be A-listed next week. Yeah but if it is A-listed on the update next week, that won't come into effect until the week it is released. It's a shame as Secondcity will have had 2 weeks already on the A-list (as well as being on the Capital playlist for nearly 2 months) to help build up their pre-orders whereas 'Jubel' is only around 20 places behind on iTunes with much less ariplay.
May 14, 201412 yr I think they just wanted to reduce the amount of dance songs A-listed, its the lowest amount in months.
May 14, 201412 yr YAY for Ella and Klaxons, was really hoping for Say Lou Lou though :( I guess that (and they) will just go nowhere now. I'm baffled that they still support Example to be honest, given that he's not popular in any capacity any more.
May 14, 201412 yr I'm shocked at them adding Ella, Klaxons and Example already! I think Klingande will go up next week but if not I can see this charting around 5-8 but I'd love a top 3 finish 1D and Fuse ODG on the A list makes me feel ill :puke: Edited May 14, 201412 yr by James1987

Glad to see Klaxons & Kooks on there although neither song is as catchy as the first release so they'll be lucky to go top 75! Thought Darlia were around longer than being on the Introducing list - they were in the Live Lounge this week performing the wonderful Candyman, great track. Think the Arctic song is just being held there because there are other releases taking precedence - it should be A listed for a while - one of the best tracks on the faultless AM!! May 14, 201412 yr I'm baffled that they still support Example to be honest, given that he's not popular in any capacity any more. He's popular enough to still make the top 15 with his last 2 singles, which is a lot more than can be said for many, many other artists which R1 support.
May 14, 201412 yr It seems like I hear 'Jubel' everytime I listen to Radio 1, I'm surprised it's not on the A List. :o

May 14, 201412 yr Pleased to see Ella playlisted, the song is fantastic. Nice to see Gorgon City move up too, and Birthday Now let's see how much they actually play Ghost- which is a big POP song! Capital added it last week and havent spun it much.. but release date is 8th June so maybe they are 'pacing themselves' (wishful thinking?) But she has to be really happy to have Capital and R1 adding it!.... I am :0)
