Memory fail on my part, but knowing that does make me feel better! I must have been thinking of Grandson as the 'rock winner' from around that time...

We finished not only in last, but 30 points lower than the song in 41st. I *believe* it's our first wooden spoon since the iconic Blondage with 'Dive', the fun fact being that both of Harmonica's last-placers are a one-word artist starting with B, and a one-word song title starting with D. Only 10 (!) countries voted for this song but that doesn't make it any less of a gem. Push Baby "Every Time I Think About You Baby, I Hate It, You Blow My Mind"188Discovered: Putt Street Social, June 2026In case anyone completely missed this news: Push Baby is Rixton! Yes, the same group that got a #1 with 'Me And My Broken Heart' and was barely heard from again, well you're hearing them now! It's by far the longest song title of any Harmonica entry, not sure what the previous record-holder would've been tbh. Somehow this survived a very strong, pop-heavy semifinal and is currently in the final. Just needs to do better than last place to be an improvement on last month!
September 18Sep 18 Just discovering here that you've essentially sent Rixton!Strange you say this as the Bea Miller entry this month reminds me of 'Me & My Broken Heart' in a small part of chorus in the instrumental (so that song has been stuck in my head because of it!). Maybe my brain heard this vocal and that instrumental and combined them together 🤣Either way, excellent entry for my tastes!
