Releasing after the Masked Singer would have been a good time for Nicola to release and there has been no hint of anything coming any time soon.
I find it a bit weird that she has never released anything else after how she claimed to be so passionate about music and performing and recording etc... I mean even Victoria Beckham signed to a second label and released a single with an intended second album to follow.
It may be related to the financial issues that she faced? Release the album would be an investment and guess she wouldn’t have much benefit.

During her podcast interview with Laura Whitmore she said she is a total perfectionist and does not want to release anything until she is 100% satistied which she very rarely is. So I think that's the main issue here, she seems to be in the studio quite a lot and I bet she has recorded enough to release a second or even third album but she is probably holding herself back. Maybe also something to do with the court case and the stalker a few years ago + right after The Masked Singer we had covid and that changed everything.

I read that she had issues to pay one of her houses and bank was about to take it? I don’t follow her so I don’t know about her life but I remember that article.

You would question how much income Nicola would have coming through as she is not hugely active.

Great new podcast that Nicola has appeared on that's out today that's worth a listen. About half an hour long but really insightful, especially with what she says about people passing away which really resonated.

I could hear Girls Aloud singing this, it’s definitely got that unusual song structure that Xenomania would usually give to Girls Aloud. It's interesting to consider which member would sing what line. I could hear Sarah on the first verse and Cheryl on the "a girls got to suffer for fashion" verse. I wonder if the girls were ever given the B-side, 'Made of Glass', to record?
