I know this is going to make me sound like an old FUDDY DUDDY or something but I can't get past the MF in the lyrics to the chorus. I love everything else about it but it just ruins it for me.

This album is already #2 of 2014 (iamamiwhoami reserving the top spot obviously~) and unless Grimes and Frank Ocean come up with something out of this world, it's going to stay that way until 2015. Just so M(ELODI)F(ESTIVALEN)ing good.

This LP continues to be out of this f***ing world incredible.

Listened to the LP and it was ok but Two Weeks has taken soooooo loooong to grow on me so who knows.

This is so darling and lovely (with glimpses of killer bitch greatness). Really, really impressed and seems to be a mix of a lot of artists/sounds i've been loving recently.

I've seen it in loads of personal charts but as I didn't know who it was it just passed me by really :lol: I didn't think to listen really but now I've learnt my lesson to be more curious :P

It took me about a year but I am so on board with her latest tracks now. That last minute of 'Pendulum' is heavenly on a level not seen Holy Other's Held.

I'm still not totally sold. However I have just ordered Holy Other's 'Held' so thanks for that Harve!

"Two Weeks" is incredible, the tribal drum beats at the start, the falsettos, the filthy lyrics ("My thighs are apart for when you're ready to breathe in" etc). This girl deserves to be massive! Can't wait for LP1.

Totally didn't get it until I heard 'Two Weeks'. Outstanding.

I am very much in love with the album. It's so sensual/sexual/aggressive without once being crass or vulgar.

 

I WANT TO MAKE LOVE LISTENING TO 'LIGHTS ON', anyone?? :mellow:
