I think Wednesday is actually pretty late in the week for them to overtake, considering DVBBS & Borgeous, for example, were knocked off on Tuesday and still quite easily had #1, pre-streaming. Cheryl's been (and still is) further ahead than they were and her streaming seems fairly impressive so far (entering at #100 on the Spotify chart after only 1 day) and I can't see this being quite as frontloaded as people think, so I'm remaining optimistic about Cheryl.

You could be right on her not being overtaken, I think I will likely formalise my position once I see the sales in tomorrow's mids. It's really just a question of how quickly she drops off from them once she loses the #1 effect, considering they look likely to gain ~10% today when she's the one benefiting from being on top.

I don't understand why MK would do so well on streaming, it's not top 100 on streaming much like Neon Jungle. Can't see it finishing ahead of them by the end of the week.

If she gets overtaken on Wednesday, she could still make it, considering Sunday is the biggest day for downloads anyway. But actually I think she could stay at the top, she was more front-loaded than MAGIC! was, that's why now she's losing ground after the initial release "hype", but I bet she will stall at some point during the week.

I don't think that MK or Neon Jungle will be top 10 at the end of the week. I'm sure MK will hold up better than Neon Jungle and should overtake them on iTunes tomorrow. George Ezra is #11 on iTunes and #51 and combined is safely top 10 and will be doing incredibly well with streaming being added.

Hold on Cheryl... prevent the abomination that is Rude to take the top spot this week!

Looks like they've already changed their minds. The 'Album Only' tracks on Now 88 at the the moment are: 'Stay With Me', 'Problem', 'Love Never Felt So Good', 'Salute', 'Me and My Broken Heart', 'Hideaway', 'Gecko (Overdrive)', 'Wasted' and 'Anywhere For You'. Everything else is a bargain at 79p per track! :o Get cherrypicking now before they up the price to 99p. :lol:
