I'm just taking the mick out of Radio 1 taking themselves far too seriously and trying to make their playlist seem more important than it really is. Maroon 5 are a perfect example of that.

There's loads of acts like Maroon 5 that are propelled back into the mainstream after a quiet few albums and radio 1 start playing them One Republic being one!
