Maybe R1 have realised the bad decision they made by giving Duke Dumont the early support and not Lillywood
Very pleased for Taylor, glad she's getting such fantastic support!
Surprised they didn't add Ella Henderson this week.
Just to let you know Rizzle Kicks have been removed off the playlist, just to let everyone know :)

Was that just to let us know?

not the most enthralling update but yay for the addition of sigma/paloma :cheer:

good to see oliver $, ten walls + ferreck dawn moving up the playlist~

wtf @ duke dumont's apparent demotion  :(

Ooh yes at 'Amnesia' moving up to the B list, this NEEDS to go top 40 soon, it's come dangerously close on iTunes. C'mon lads!
Hurrah for Hozier and Banks. FINALLY for the former and hopefully a move up to C-List and breakthrough for the latter.

What a disappointing end for a disappointing song. It was getting such decent support.

R1 should have used that place on the playlist for The Saturdays instead. :P

Glad to see Paloma on the playlist again in some shape or form.

To echo what others have said, it's very odd to see Duke go down the B list. Not that it matters, it's had enough plays for people to be familiar with it and B list plays are pretty significant.

I am a fan of Nick Mulvey but that song... It's already been overplayed by Radio 1...it won't re-peak. Urgh.

Hozier and Banks were expected but I'm very glad all the same as both artists are amazing.

Edited by Joe.

Banks!

Ugh. Are they really going to snub 'Break Free' & 'Glow'? :(

Surely they wouldn't snub 'Glow' after 'Ghost' is one of the biggest hits of the year so far, they must be planning to only make it A-List on the week it is released which would still happen if it was playlisted next week. I understand them not playlisting 'Break Free' though as its impact date isn't until October 20th apparently according to the release schedule so we shouldn't expect that until the end of next month.
Strange that Break Free has a impact date of the end of October when once the albums released next week it will be chart elegible and still top 20 will it not?

Yeah, no idea why Cucurucu is getting a re-release, seems an odd decision.

Relieved for Pro Green too, I wasn't really that worried but happy they're still supporting him :)

Ella should be added next week, as should 'Bang Bang'.

And I make 'Shake It Off' only the second song this year to go straight to B-list (following 'XO' which went straight to B-list in the New Years Day playlist). In comparison, 15 songs had gone straight to B-list by this time last year! I wonder why they're doing that so much less frequently this year.

Probabaly as less songs are released straight away so they havent had to keep up with peoples consumption trends!

oh right. Didn't know that! How bizarre though. That's strange considering 'Break Free' is doing brilliantly still as an instant grat. I'll shut up about Ariana "being potentially snubbed" now I know the "impact date". :P
