Prayer In C doesn't have an EP either; it's probably multiple versions in general.

That really doesn't make sense then. Surely they combine all single tracks or there would be multiple entries.

That is very odd about The Script being #1 on the digital chart  Something clearly must not be counted as 'digital sales' for 'Prayer In C' as it is #1 on the sales chart.

You can buy the German CD single on Amazon UK, but would that be eligible, and even if it is would it have sold enough??

Maybe he confused with the rock download chart?

I thought I would like the addition of streaming...

But results like this, with GRL not making the top 10 despite easily securing the sales, is just so disappointing to see. Not a fan.

No, it's on the Single Downloads chart on OCC. The Script are #1 on there but not on the sales chart. It doesn't make sense.

Got a reply from OCC - there was "an issue with how a particular retailer reported digital sales last week, only this one chart has been affected". They are re-issuing the digital chart shortly with Lillywood at #1.

Could this mean G.R.L might be higher officially :w00t: or was it other tracks that were affected? Any more info yet?

No, it was only the download chart (not the sales or sales+streams chart) that was affected. Unless they are lying.

Has anyone commented yet on a bit of a German invasion in the chart lately? It's a bit less noticeable than the Dutch invasion but there are 5 different Germans in the top 100 (4 of those in the top 21!) this week - Robin Schulz, Wankelmut, Oliver $, Zedd (Soviet Union-born but raised in Germany) and Milky Chance.
Gutted that streaming caused G.R.L to miss out on a Top 10 hit especially as they comfortably made it on sales alone

All the more incentive for record companies to release songs for streaming before their download release date.
