Power Music Workout still at #34 2 days after the original was made available

get that slay!

the new releases are doing better on iTunes than I expected :o Let It Be is quite a weak effort for Labrinth so I'm not too pleased about that being top 10. I thought Gorgon City would only scrape the top 40 but it looks like it'll do an 'I Know'. If only 'Unmissable' was half as good as 'I Know'.

Her next single which is called "Dear Future Husband" sounds SO MUCH like the Olly Murs song Dance With Me Tonight so she'll probably get a 2nd number one in a few months time.

WOW! Thats actually the double of that song! :o

Meghan Trainor surely is an obvious one hit wonder though? That said, I'm sure most of us thought that about Katy Perry after he debut single...

 98. Pardon Me (Lynx Peace Edition) [feat. Professor Green, Laura Mvula, Wilkinson & Ava Lily] - Naughty Boy

Never thought I'd hear Professor Green and Laura Mvula on the same track

It's not exactly the biggest stretch though.

Professor Green and Arctic Monkeys or Bastille is something we'll probably never see.

60. DJ Fresh - Flashlight (feat. Ellie Goulding) [Radio Edit]

84. Carrie Underwood - Something in the Water

90. Lorde - Yellow Flicker Beat (From "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Pt. 1")

If you listen really carefully at about 2 minutes in, you can actually HEAR the sound of Olly Mur's lawyers preparing their plagiarism case......

35. Power Music Workout - All About That Bass (Workout Mix)

73. Meghan Tonjes - All About That Bass

I can't believe they are still Top 100. They usually disappear by the end of the first day. Power Music Workout will probably still be in the Top 40 today  .

I don't know if it's just me, but when you search for "All About That Bass" in iTunes, the results page that comes up still lists the real version as Pre-Order.

The Power Music Workout version is now number 40, so it's done well to last this long but it will be on its way out the top 100 by the end of the week

I agree, the new releases are doing much better than I was expecting but I'm still expecting streaming to push a few of them down the charts but at least we could be guaranteed 5-6 new entries on Sunday

Did Sia - Chandelier appear on something over the weekend? I notice it's risen up itunes quite considerably since I last looked. The song is having fantastic longevity!

It was played in background on X-Factor over the weekend

151. Alex Clare - War Rages On

^ well this is slightly random :o anyone know how it got this boost?~

40. DJ Fresh - Flashlight (feat. Ellie Goulding)

^ only now being listed among the new releases, so i assume that's partly the reason it's climbing? still doing quite poorly all things considered, i'd have thought Ellie's name alone would've at LEAST got this in the iTunes top 20

'Flashlight' is AWFUL. I hope it doesn't make the top 40.

I'm a bit miffed Professor Green knocked Ella from the top 10, but looking on Kworb she's in light green and just behind again, so hopefully they can switch.

Ella Eyre 'Comeback' has been reduced to 59p as has 'Gorgon City 'Unmissable'.
Very good move for Ella there, should at least secure it a bit more longevity (and hopefully top 10 this week but that's unlikely I guess).

Think its available on Ellies album too but yeh it shows how important an ad on the homepage is to a new release!

'Glow' hasn't had a play on Capital for nearly a week (I've been looking at the Compare My Radio figures every day and no more Capital plays have been registered since the middle of last week) now which is why the pre-order is stuck just outside the top 200, no idea why they would choose to stop playing it when it had loads of momentum last week and was looking a certain top 5 and a possible top 3 but now it's going to be a lucky top 10 unless Capital get on board again quickly.

Is Glow on their playlist?

Its a really good pop song actually!
