In all fairness though, her own proper single has been the one left off, over one feature and one which is essentially a feature despite the credit. Perhaps not a 'blacklist' as such but I doubt they got playlisted for Nicki herself.

The last song they playlisted with her as lead artist was "Freedom" in December 2012/January 2013; oddly they playlisted a promo single but snubbed "High School" which was a proper single.
