I think this is the first Jessie J song I've liked. Congrats to Nicki for finally ending her worldwide drought for #1 singles (at least for US/UK/Can/Aus/NZ/Ire)

In the UK it's quite the opposite where Minaj needs to thank Jessie J for her first #1 ;)

How far Lady Gaga has fallen is shocking really. This is the woman who a few years ago got a remix album to #3, now her fans seem happy she scrape top 10.

I don't think anybody really expected an album of jazz covers with an 88 year old crooner to set the charts alight. I'm relatively certain that a Tony Bennett & Katy Perry or Beyonce covers album would have the same, if not lesser, impact.

'Bang Bang' is not the worst #1 of the year but it's easily the most 'non-event' one and I can never approve of Jessie being #1. Thank the lord for Meghan coming to save us next week.
Wait till you see next weeks!! And then 1D soon after that......

My thoughts on next weeks Number 1 are earlier in the thread, though it's a tad better than Bang Bang!

THIS!

I can't wait to know how many copies of Bang Bang have been sold.

I'm guessing something about 98-102K.

Completely agree Bre! :D

God Jessie J is annoying

A sociopath saying this makes me laugh. :P

Too many Jessie J haters here! :o

LOL how many pop stars actually even record a jazz album... I see no problem with this album failing to reach the top in the UK (or elsewhere), she's doing her thing and having a blast.

I'm not buying the album myself btw, why should I really, I'm not into jazz or Tony Bennett

So true. I'd like to see other stan's fave release a Jazz album and 'scrape' a Top 10. ha :kink:

Jessie didn't come across too badly in that interview thankfully. Love the track though, fabulous #1 :D
What a foul woman to have at number 1, the songs alright I guess.
Why are the UK letting Jessie J believe she's in any way good?

Omg hilarious  .

I never said I hate her, I think she's so vocally talented and 'Who You Are' is incredible but I can see why people think she's annoying or narcissistic. Just because something isn't 100% positive, doesn't mean it's hate. Jesus.

Gosh, this is such a dross that it scares me how so many people have voluntarily paid to have it :o :puke:
