#18 P!nk feat. Nate Ruess - Just Give Me A Reason

As you all know I really hate this song so glad to see it finally leave. It inexplicably became her biggest selling song to date despite being really awful. Now that I don't have to vote for it anymore my vote will go to Counting Stars.

Finishing the bottom 3 are 'Burn' (11 votes) and 'Counting Stars' / 'Can't Hold Us' (7 votes). Could of one of them leave this time around? You decide.

Surprised at the level of negativity towards 'Counting Stars' - is it mainly down to radio overplay? The song strikes me as being catchy, well sung, well produced and doesn't chase trends so I can't think why it'd be offensive in any obvious way . Would appreciate being enlightened!

Voting 'Waiting All Night' cos it's lazy and repetitive.

I really liked Counting Stars when it first charted but god it got stale after a while, can't hear it anymore, overplay killed it :(
Can't Hold Us #saveburn

Not arsed about basic Burn but yes, 'Can't Hold Us' needs to go now.

It's bland, it sounds like it's tailored for radio and has no soul whatsoever.

I don't hate it, I just think it's very... beige.

"Summertime Sadness". I find Lana Del Ray an excellent songwriter but an average singer, and sticking a dance beat on one of her records hasn't done it any favours in my opinion.
'Can't Hold Us' is in my Top 3 songs of last year and so I have to vote tactically for 'Burn'. It's amongst those Inwould like to be seeing leaving anyway so it's not as though my vote too different.

Can't say I agree but cheers for the explanations!

:nocheer:

(Rabbit) Heartbroken :(

Burn is the best one left aside from I Knew You Were Trouble and maybe Dear Darlin' :(

Wake Me Up for me, definitely. I liked it to start with but it soon wore off, overplay and just the fact people acted like it was the second coming of Jesus in musical form for a while

Voted for White Noize but shoulda gone with Can't Hold Us

Can't Hold Us.

Shame to see JGMAR out, especially so soon after Get Lucky. The only songs left I like are Pompeii and Counting Stars and I doubt either will win.
