Baby's Coming Back the most non-number one of all time. No huge surprises in that bar Timbaland, that is surprising given that in another rate The Way I Are was rated in the top 5! No major losses at this early stage though.

I think you have the ratings incorrect for Cable Car perhaps?

I just double checked it, that average rate is correct.

I have to inform you, Bedingfield is the correct spelling. :P

It's a shame to see 'Give It To Me', 'Bigger Than Big' and 'What Am I Fighting For' already out when such a horrible abomination like 'Love Today' is still to come. :(

Corrected.

Very shocked! 'Bigger Than Big' was one of my summer smashes for 2007! Loved Luciana's 'punk-sexy' vocals over a great electronic beat. Loved the electronic side of Disc 2! Gutted for Timbaland's Hip-Hop tune and McFly's retro-sounding cover track too! Groove Armada's tune was another electronic tune that was brilliant! My tastes are far from this forum by the looks of things. Ah well, better luck next time I suppose. :(

Keep at it. Variety is the spice of life as they say. :)

The second single from their second album 'Infinity On High', Fall Out Boy scored their fifth Top 40 hit with 'Thnx fr th Mmrs' aka. Thanks for the Memories'.

Following on from the singles 'Golden Skans' and 'Gravity's Rainbow', The Klaxons had their third Top 40 hit hit with a cover of Grace's classic dance anthem 'It's Not Over Yet'.

Booty Luv had a very successful debut with 'Boogie 2night', but in the summer of 2007 they had their second Top 10 hit with a cover of Luther Vandross' 'Shine'.

After their massive comeback single 'Patience' went to Number 1 at the end of 2006, Take That managed to get themselves another Number 1 with 'Shine' in March 2007. As mentioned by someone previously in this thread, it has been used to death in the Morrisons adverts in recent years.

'Destination Calabria' started life as a track Alex Gaudino put together in 2003 with vocalist Crystal Waters and using the sax hook from Rune's 'Calabria'. The result was a Top 5 hit for the guys and became one o the biggest summer dance tunes of 2007.

15. Reverend & The Makers - Heavyweight Champion The World (6.96)

11. Christina Aguilera - Candyman (7.14)

((10), Gavin, Liam, ultraviolence, Acidburn, T Boy, Jade, Jester), ((0), Nick F1, Jason)

Into the Top 15 we go with a great anthem from the Reverend and The Makers with 'Heavyweight Champion Of The World'.

Former Sugababe Mutya Buena released her debut solo single 'Real Girl', which sampled Lenny Kravitz's 'It Ain't Over 'Till It's Over'. It was a success as it resulted in a Number 2 hit.

Kelly Clarkson released her third studio album in 2007 titled 'My December', and 'Never Again' was the first single to be released from the album.

One of the hottest collaborations of 2007 was Beyoncé and Shakira teaming up for the Number 1 smash hit 'Beautiful Liar'. The freemasons remix really gave this track the edge, but the radio edit is featured on Now 67.

Just missing out on a Top 10 placing is Christina Aguilera's 'Candyman', lifted from her 2006 album 'Back To Basics', 'Candyman' is a great feel good anthem.

I'll do the Top 10 later on after work if I got time. :)

I just double checked it, that average rate is correct.

I don't doubt the average is correct but I certainly didn't give a -1 score. :)

Jamie T & Enrique should be higher (both their best songs) but happy to see RATM (no, not that RATM) in the top 15!

I see what I done wrong. I took The Twang's (Tr 13) High/Low rates instead of The Fray's (TR 12). I've corrected it now. :)

Jamie T, Maroon 5, Snow Patrol and Paolo Nutini not making top 20 proves how floppy Buzzjack can be.
15. Reverend & The Makers - Heavyweight Champion The World (6.96)

((10), Gavin, Dobbo, Tylky, Jade, Luciano, Jason, Mykindoflove), ((1) مدهش*)

I gave this 10 ;)

Very disappointed to see Cable Car that low. And surrounded by mostly awful records as well. Good result for Thnks Fr Th Mmrs and Heavyweight Champion of the World though, about where I expected them to be. :D
I gave this 10 ;)

As did I (sorry Gavin )

Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors is so underrated and forgotten, one of the most beautiful rock tracks of that year and far from the 'landfill indie' tag it often gets branded with :(

and me

I put the wrong track rates on the post....again. Will sort I out when I get home from work. ;)

I fixed the Rev track rates for you all. Let's see if I can go the Top 10 without cocking it up

10. Manic Street Preachers - Your Love Alone Is Not Enough (7.5)

((10), Gavin, Chez Wombat, Tylky, darkstar79, Jester, Jade, T Boy), ((2), SLAYBERRY, Acidburn)

Good result here for the Manics. Never thought it would be in the Top 10. Your Love Alone was the first single from their album 'Send Away The Tigers' and it featured guest vocals from Nina Persson from The Cardigans resulting in a Number 2 hit for the Welsh rockers.

9. Kate Nash - Foundations (7.53)

((11), Heezus Froot, jsliv), ((0), Rob S)

After being discovered on Myspace, Kate Nash herself with a big hit on her hands when she released 'Foundations' in July 2007.

6. HelloGoodbye - Here (In Your Arms) (7.8)

((11), Rob S, Jade), ((4), Mykindoflove)

I always forget how good this song is until I listen to it. It was a big summer smash hit for HelloGoodbye. I'm sure I have an album by them somewhere.....I don't think I've ever listened to it though.

5. Mark Ronson feat. Daniel Merriweather - Stop Me (8.03)

((11), Riser), ((1), Tylky)

First single to be taken from Mark Ronson's hit album 'Version', which was an album of covers. 'Stop Me' was based on The Smith's 'Stop Me If You've Heard This One Before' and Diana Ross & The Supremes 'You Keep Me Hanging On'.
