it's that time again when we look to the future and what 2015 will give us in terms of hit singles. As well as the obvious future hits from big chart hitters here's some songs I could see being hits.

Mike Mago & Dragonette 'Outlines'

2015's big Q1 deep house smash I think

Hannah Wants & Chris Lorenzo 'Rhymes'

R1 seem to love this on dance anthems so it won't be long before it gets daytime airplay and a release

Echosmith 'Cool Kids'

already top 100 on UK Spotify and blowing up in US and Australia, set for a release this December but I imagine it'll be a climber and sell mostly next year

Tchami feat. Kaleem Taylor 'Promesses'

Set for a January release on MoS, with a similar style to Oliver Heldens it should be a hit.

AronChupa 'I'm an Albatraoz'

Set for a December release but wouldn't be surprised if they pushed it back a few months and try to promote it properly, it's quite big in Europe and the UK do like a novelty dance song from time to time.

Yes for Tchami, although only a moderate hit I've had thought (top 10)

Maybe some of these:

Out mid-January. Catchy song and sounds different and fresh; a perfect January hit imo!

DJ Fresh back to drum & bass  Released in February and should be a guarenteed top 10.

With a good radio edit, this could easily chart well! Out 19th January.

If this is his next single (which I think it will be) then this can be a hit. Produced by Nic Nic, the same guy as Loyal :D

might get a few more ideas later on, but these 2 songs i could see doing well~

The Avener "Fade Out Lines"

very in-fitting with one of the current chart trends, and quite similar to Prayer In C that in that 'deep house adaption/remix of a not-too-well-known track' way. Beginning to take off in Europe, and getting a release here in mid-February. Would maybe be closer to a 'Wicked Games' level hit than a 'Prayer in C', but who knows~

Mr. Probz "Nothing Really Matters"

bit of an 'All of Me' vibe from this, and MOR ballads nearly ALWAYS sell here, so assuming this gets a single push it has huge potential imo!

I'd love for Outlines to go big, quality song.

However I really hope Cool Kids doesn't, what a lame song.

I'm getting massive Prayer In C vibes from this:

With a UK push this could do wonders.

I will call Imagine Dragons - I Bet My Life to be about 70% as big for them as Radioactive was. It has quite a OneRepublic vibe which is very in for any sort of alt-rock success right now.

I support Echosmith of course, hopefully they have a long-runner with that. It took a long time to grow on me over Come Together so it fits that sort of profile. Would be nice if KONGOS' Come With Me Now gets a bit of success too over here (not sure if it's been released or not) but the time has probably passed for it.

Just posting to remind me to read/watch/listen/reply later.

I hope Arrows by Fences ft. M&R go to at least top 40 :D

Another two potential R&B smashes;

Had both of these on my playlist since September. Body Language has just been added to the 1xtra playlist while Touchin' Lovin has been getting increasing airplay in the US. Both top 40 at least surely?

'Body Language' has already come and gone hasn't it? Although if it's been added to the 1Xtra playlist then maybe it's getting another push.

Only 2015 tip I can think of is Meghan Trainor's 'Lips Are Movin', it won't be as big as 'All About That Bass' but may be in with a chance of giving her a second top 10 at least.

My hot tip is G.R.L. - Lighthouse.

I'm gonna say The Veronicas could do well with 'If You Love Someone', it'll stand a good chance if 'You Ruin Me' sticks around like say, 'Ugly Heart' has and convinces more radio stations to get on board. It's a commercially appealing pop song not a million miles away from what Taylor Swift is doing at the moment so fingers crossed!

Sheppard spring to mind but that's if R1 do playlist Geronimo. If they do then I can see Geronimo doing really well next year like Dan said in regards to Echosmith.

That's what I thought too, but the video release has given it a second wind. Would be odd if they didn't promote it all I guess.

New albums too from Kanye West (hopefully), Drake, Wretch 32, Rudimental & Rihanna will undoubtedly produce some major hits.

AronChupa 'I'm an Albatraoz'

Set for a December release but wouldn't be surprised if they pushed it back a few months and try to promote it properly, it's quite big in Europe and the UK do like a novelty dance song from time to time.

I should imagine that's a #1 in the bag :D love it

I was going to post this! :) my selection(s) coming later, hopefully DJ Fresh's 'Gravity' can smash!
That Albatraoz song, whilst I love it, sounds like a dodgy Eurovision entry, and will NOT do anything here (though I would loved to be proved wrong!)

God that Albatraoz thing is on the same level as that Whistle song from the early 2000s (if anyone remembers that?)

Another one: Tinashe's '2 On' seems to be getting a second push (1Xtra have playlisted it or something apparently?), really hoping that can be the hit it deserves to be (and if the same could happen for Years & Years 'Take Shelter' that'd be nice).

The Avener & Mark Ronson sound like almost certain #1s to me.

I think Meghan Trainor is going to get another big hit with Lips are Movin, don't think it will quite go to #1 but i'd say its a certain top 3/5.

I do Sheppard catches on, considering its success in Europe I am surprised it hasn't had any push yet but there's still hope. I am beginning to wonder if it won't smash until it becomes a hit in America or something (ala Nico & Vinz/Icona Pop etc)

How about Kwabs - Walk? It is available on itunes already but its already beginning to become big in Europe (i.e. Germany). It wouldn't surprise me if its taken off itunes and repromoted in the new year.

Aronchupa is surely going to be released in the new year though, i'd say that would go top 5 at least.
