November 16, 201411 yr Did she say that Prayer In C "has been been #1 in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France and Germany?" The Netherlands being shaded http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ed2305b7.png
November 16, 201411 yr Kendrick in the top 20 :cheer: Ooh I forgot he was still to come! Kenny Lamlam KILLING 'em. I wonder if his album could contend for #1 if released on a quiet week, 'good kid, m.A.A.d city' did pretty well for an album with no top 40 singles and there will surely be a lot of hype for the follow-up after how critically acclaimed it was. More likely low top 5 at best but I can hope.
November 16, 201411 yr Looks likd I've really underestimated Kendrick Lemar on the prediction game...I had a feeling it would go top 20 but I predicted it would miss the top 40...oh well!!

In 2004, Lamar signed to the Carson-based indie record label Top Dawg Entertainment and in 2012, Lamar and the label signed a joint venture deal with Aftermath and Interscope Records. Lamar is also a member of West Coast hip hop supergroup Black Hippy, alongside his label-mates and fellow California-based rappers Schoolboy Q, Jay Rock, and Ab-Soul. Lamar first gained major attention in 2010, after the release of Overly Dedicated, his first retail-release. The following year he released his first independent album, titled Section.80, exclusively through iTunes. The album received critical acclaim and instantly ranked as one of the top digital hip hop releases of the year. Early in his career, before releasing his major-label debut, Lamar amassed a large internet following and had already worked with prominent artists such as Dr. Dre, Game, Drake, Young Jeezy, Talib Kweli, Busta Rhymes, E-40, Warren G and Lil Wayne, among others. His major-label debut studio album good kid, m.A.A.d city, was released October 22, 2012, to widespread acclaim. The album spawned the Top 40 hits "Swimming Pools (Drank)", "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe", and "Poetic Justice". Upon its release, the album debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 and was later certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). In early 2013, MTV crowned Lamar the No. 1 "Hottest MC in the Game" on their annual list. November 16, 201411 yr This Kendrick song samples one of my favourite tracks ever and I don't want to kill him so I guess he's doing something right.
November 16, 201411 yr Don't like this at all, Swimming Pools or Poetic Justice would've been much more worthy.
November 16, 201411 yr SO good to hear Kendrick on the chart (and not tagged with Robin Thicke). A shame it's come with his weakest single to date, but hopefully this is start of a big era for him.
November 16, 201411 yr Need more Jameela singing please! :D Really? And that raccoon joke... Only Joey from 'Friends' can pull a raccoon joke off.
November 16, 201411 yr this doesn't sound like a top 20 hit so nice to see it here just for variety's sake, I'm not a big fan of it though, Swimming Pools is far far better and should've smashed
November 16, 201411 yr I quite like what I've heard of Kendrick (mainly through Radio 1 playing him about sixty times an hour every day), although this isn't that special really, do love the outro though.
