I saw a Turin Brakes album that was £799.99 on Amazon downloads once. Don't think anyone bought it at that price.

 

To be honest, very few people would be buying it even at £7.99. :kink:

 

I really wish the iTunes album chart had pop bars, '25' must be amassing an absolutely humongous lead. Meanwhile '21' is back at #6 and even '19' is in the top 20 again! Madness. I wonder if we could see '21' returning to the overall top 10?

Not expecting at all for 21 to do what 19 did and re-enter the Top 10 for lots of weeks but returning for a week or so definitely seems doable. It probably won't be long until its in touching distance of the 5 million (!!) mark - currently on 4.775m so even if it manages like 100k in the next 10 weeks (?) until the Year End Chart, it'll nearly be at 4.9m.

Because their last album didn't reach #1. Will be a shock if X returns to #1 as that was the album what stopped their first album from reaching #1

My uncle's album didn't get to Number One either. Does that mean he deserves a Number One next time?

I usually find Amazon a much better indication with albums, and little mix are 4 where Ellie is 38 currently. Saying that Ellie has Graham Norton on release day, whereas Little Mix don't seem to have anymore promo this week.

Ellie is lower than I anticipated. I guess she'll pass over Adele by tommorow - hopefully a 20k+ opening is still on target for her.

Fleur's album is appearing in the top 100 now as well. It was #76 earlier when I checked; now I can't get on the LivePopBars feed because my laptop is running slowly.

 

Amazingly high position for Anastacia's hits collection, but it's deserved. She's very underrated, a great artist.
